No flexibility of courier options. We selected Australia Post as it is the most reliable courier for the type of product we are shipping. Shipito cancelled our selection and forced us to use DHL, which is more costly. Now DHL is holding our items at their US hub for days with no sign of release. This has cost our business. We will not trust Shipito again.

Shipito provided excellent level of service and being my first time using online company esp being in another country was really anxious as have had various issues with shipping and misinformation regarding fees/duties/tax’s with other cooperations.
Here I assure you esp shipping to UK my parcel was safe, untouched/no tampering and most importantly taking care of all duties/tax’s and transparency with costs to the point I felt they deserved more in comparison to what I had paid and service received. I am currently using the service again and will continue to do so and advise anyone reading looking for feed back, Shipito received my goods handled/processed them and shipped them to me in London- UK within a matter of days once received my package.

Managed to get my item that only sold in USA to me here in the UK. Very pleased with the service although pricey. Not a complaint happy to pay for the service but would probably use more if cheaper.
