Really pricey

Really pricey, they throw out your stuff if you don't ship it on time, UI is a little difficult but otherwise okay. It took like 10 days to get from USA to AU. It cost an insane amount of money to ship it. Otherwise good amount of time though.

Timing and Prompt Response to Customers.

In anything you do, time of the essence. I am satisfied with Shipito services, but where I have issues is the timing. For instance, I paid for express consolidation but to my surprise, it took more than a day for that consolidation to be concluded. Shipito should endeavour to fast track their processes and response to customers in time who are trying to clear some grey areas, believe you me, people will rush your services. One of the beautiful service you rendered is the Assisted Purchase, which you just finished rendering to me; try to improve on the process vis-a-vis time. You are doing great.

Shipping Service worked, just missed doing one thing.

Easy enough to get the parcel shipped and tracking was good, but two parcels I had sent there a day apart were not made into one package to be sent to us, as I had asked... Anyhow, all arrived so the service worked, just missed that one thing.

I was very skeptical about using…

I was very skeptical about using anything like this, never done it before. The service and easy to use website is outstanding. Anyone who thinks they can't get stuff from the states think again use these guys they are outstanding and really helpful.
