Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever! I have been attempting to get my package delivered for weeks and they repeatedly tell me "Upon verification, the postal code (91335) for the updated address you provided falls outside our designated delivery area; therefore, we are unable to reroute the package to that location." I live in Los Angeles!! Seriously?! I have repeatedly begged for a supervisor to get involved but they refuse and just keep sending the above unacceptable response. No phone number to call nor does the chat function work on their website. Do NOT order from this horrible company!!

Bought this as a little surprise for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. It’s a thoughtful well made gift that’s even nicer in person than in the pictures. The quality exceeded my expectations and it made for a perfect little gesture. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for something meaningful without spending a fortune. Highly recommend!
This company is terrible
This company is terrible. They sell faulty products and fraudulently represent the quality and customization of their products They won’t return items even after paying quick speed shipping and arriving weeks later and would not refund that fee or monies back for products that are complete crap -causing months of issues with PayPal as they are dragging out the process. Soufeel deserves a ZERO but had to give one star as there are no other choices

1 Star Extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a personalized cartoon love map for around $61. A few days later, I received an email saying it was temporarily out of stock and asking if I was willing to wait another 5–7 days. I agreed. After waiting over a week with no updates, I contacted customer service to ask what was happening. Only then was I told that the product had actually been discontinued and would not be coming back into stock. Had I not reached out myself, I have no idea how long I would have been left waiting. Instead of offering a suitable replacement, I was sent a link to other products that were completely different from what I'd ordered and a 10% discount for a future purchase. I wasn't interested in any of those items—the personalized love map was the only reason I ordered from this company. The only positive thing I can say is that customer service replied quickly and processed my refund without any hassle. Overall, this was a complete waste of time. If the item had already been discontinued, customers should be informed immediately instead of being asked to wait for stock that doesn't exist. I could have ordered from another company and had my gift delivered by the time I finally found out my order would never be fulfilled.

Great site when looking for something different
I have used this website on several occasions when looking for a gift which is something a little different. I have bought personalised key rings, suncatchers and most recently, a beautiful rabbit key ring with photos on its ears and also a novelty bottle opener with my sons face on which I am sure he will love. All the items were very well made with excellent personalisation. I don’t hesitate recommending them. I will certainly be using them again.

I ordered custom fridge magnets of my two Corgis, and while one of them (Mr. C) initially arrived with brown eyes instead of his beautiful blue eyes (which made us laugh every time we looked at it!), I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received. Haley was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She answered every email promptly, listened carefully to my concerns, and worked with me until everything was right. What I especially appreciated was that they sent me a proof before shipping the replacement. I noticed the eye color was still incorrect, and because they checked with me first, we were able to fix it before it was mailed. That attention to detail made all the difference. Mistakes can happen with any custom product, but outstanding customer service is much harder to find. Haley and the team truly stood behind their work and made sure I was completely satisfied.
