Excellent, but not perfect
I love the templates, the design capabilities, and the general professional and clean feeling of Squarespace. However, things don't always run 100% smoothly. When browsing through the design options on any particular page, it can all feel a bit slow and clunky. Also, I have sometimes run into bugs or errors which causes problems on my live website.

Poor customer support
I simply could not get any support. X customer support, tell you to wait it out as it's busy but have no means to do anything else to help. Live chat facility not working at present. Email tickets unresolved due to huge, lengthy gaps in response times. After 5 days of trying to sort what were two straightforward issues around billing and google workspace migration, I've had to completely give up and cancel my subscription. An unnecessary step if I had been able to communicate with someone. Extremely poor service.
