Very good website with a wide variety of products based on the Asian, namely Korean market. I haven't had any bad customer service experience so far so I can't say much about that. Also, I love the fact that they offer free gifts everyday and have the customer loyalty program to offer more comfort and discount to the customers. Keep up the good job!

Asked for reels to be spooled. They were not. Make sure you Contact company when you place order to verify the saw the note. Company reached out to correct issue.
