Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Many consumers are also exceptionally happy with the overall performance and value, noting that the machines run smoothly for modern gaming and daily multitasking tasks. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer support, experiencing frustrating delays and difficulties when trying to resolve warranty claims or replace damaged components. A few other people also felt that unexpected hardware failures occurring shortly after purchase caused significant inconvenience and annoyance for buyers.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.Recently bought a prebuilt from Costco, and after using it for a few months, I can say it's been great. It's the best specs you can get for the price, and it was way easier than building my own PC. Other prebuilts are either overpriced for the specs or extremely outdated for similar price points. I've had no issues with anything so far! Definitely recommend
It is a really good computer with 2 TB of storage
the pc came ready out of the box, very good quality
Excellent communication, quick shipping and constant updates, all parts and accessories were in perfect condition, and everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend
I recently purchased a gaming PC from iBUYPOWER, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the start, the customization options on their website made it easy to build exactly what I wanted, and everything was clearly laid out—from the components to the pricing. Shipping was faster than expected, and the system arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Setup was a breeze, and right out of the box, the PC ran beautifully. Games that used to struggle on my old rig now run at ultra settings without a hitch. The airflow, cable management, and overall build quality were all top-notch. Customer service was also responsive when I had a quick question about setup. You can tell they care about their customers and the quality of their product. If you’re looking for a powerful, reliable gaming PC and don’t want the hassle of building one yourself, iBUYPOWER is absolutely worth it.
Very happy with my new rtx5090 system. IBP have an excellent selection of parts for a custom build and I got exactly what I ordered. All extra materials from build parts came shipped with pc. Not one complaint!
I just got my system and I am blown away! From the consistent status updates through the building process from how fast it shipped out and delivered! The packing was beautiful and my system arrived in PERFECT condition. I did the easy builder and it definitely was EASY! If you need a custom gaming PC, iBuyPower is the place to go!!
Amazing support and perfectly beautiful computer with power and looks! 10/10 would recommend!
Ive never had a computer this good! It came so quick and they kept me updated through the process as well. thank you guys so much
Purchased my ibuypower pc back in February and its been working great so far! Runs games beautifully and even supports work in multiple instances of blender/unity with no trouble
Purchased 2 PCs from IBP so far and i love them!
I bought a new custom built “Ryzen Extreme” model from ibuy and after the first week of use I will say, I love it! Ryzen 7 9800, rtx 5080, 64GB of 6000mhz ram, 4TB SSD, liquid cooled(never gets above 60 degrees F) and all on an X870E motherboard for about $3,300 after taxes and everything. That’s WITH a warranty! I was able to get them on the phone to answer questions both times I called, great service, the build was done within a week of my payment processing and all I had to do once I got my rig was install the GPU(they packed it separately for safer shipping) and reinstall windows(this I would complain about if I weren’t so darn happy cause I couldn’t figure it out even with their instructions lol). This thing is a monster and it runs every game I own on ultra settings, and its noise level is barely noticeable. 5 star rig with a 5 star purchase experience.
Loved the pc. Would buy again
the best pc ever it runs great and just u should get one know
Pc just arrived, everything seems to be working great, I’m excited to try higher demanding games.
I love this PC. For 3k it can run any game without frame drops and I can stream at the same time. Let's go.
Quick, relatively cost efficient, great company. They have very active support & a subreddit that is always active for help. I've been lucky to not need help at all with the product! It works amazingly, not a single complaint.
Bought gaming pc, i like it, very friendly and helpful employees, ill come back and buy more in future
