Excellent Comfort and Service.
I used to be very indecisive and had to do extensive research to feel comfortable about what first PC I would get. I didn't expect iBuyPower to be my final decision, but I don't regret it. They have excellent customer support that stays after hours with you to install a GPU. They have amazing options for those who want to buy a custom pre-built. All while putting the PC through meticulous tests to ensure your comfort and satisfaction of staying on budget. Fantastic work. iBP deserves all the business it can and should get. If you're on the edge and indecisive, choose iBP.

Great experience! I've purchased from a few similar companies and I feel like ibuypower was the not only the best value, but they also did the best job building out of everyone! Everything was packaged very securely and my computer looks stunning - very happy with my purchase :)
Two time desktop buyer
Two time desktop buyer, the last pc lasted me 10 years and only now started showing its age. Love my new build and their customer service is second to none! Want quality pcs and care use Ibuypower!
Not enough ports, super disappointed
I bought this for $1300 at Costco and for that sort of price you would think that these folks would have had the foresight to install an additional HDMI or VGA port for a second monitor. But unfortunately, it's just a bunch of DP ports, which renders one of my monitors entirely useless. This is such a disappointment and they could really have done better.
High End Machine Reasonably Priced
Built a high-end machine with them and wasn’t paying black market prices for hard to find components. Machine came in a reasonable amount of time and performs well for a machine of its specs.

At Costco for a great value
The ability to go to a Costco location and select the exact IBuypower Desk top unit My Studio needed was so convenient. Having a New Dell CPU that kept failing, put my work load and clients material at a risk I could no longer accept. Needed a fast solution and being able to get a great price for such a feature packed unit put IBUYPOWER as my new supplier for Tech.
