Luggage free provides great service. They supply information and shipping labels, pick up luggage from your home, and deliver it as requested on time and in perfect condition. We have used this service four times to have our baggage shipped for cruises and returned to our home.

This was a brilliant service! They were able to collect my luggage from my hotel same day as my order and within the hour that I requested, and shipped it safely to my house using FedEx. Great communication and tracking provided. Only thing was that the service I requested was going to bring printed labels (because I selected the one hour service) and they did not, but that's probably because my collection time was so close to my order time. Overall I highly highly recommend. Thank you!

Easy to arrange, picked up and delivered on schedule. The shipping label instructions should be reviewed, however to clarify which are for the local courier driver since the steps described conflict with the information on the pages. Label tags should also be provided. I found some at a UPS store before leaving the US but they would be easy to send to customers in advance.
