Very easy pick up from my hotel. My luggage arrived home incredibly fast - ahead of the estimated date. My only issue was the multiple emails that had conflicting information about my documents. I chose to have everything printed and attached for me and the emails I received said to be sure and print and attach my documents.
It was so stress free. I was traveling to multiple cities for work over the 4 days and this allowed me to do carry on and have my larger suitcase at final destination when I arrived.
The whole process was easy. It was a few hundred dollars cheaper using my Amex platinum than the most well known company. Communications were minimal but enough to keep me up to date.

Luggage Free is super easy to set up and very reliable. If you order far enough in advance, they will send you sturdy labels with zip ties to attach the labels to your luggage. Pick ups and deliveries are on time and include tracking information.

I am very impressed with this service! Luggage was picked up within the timeframe I selected. It was incredibly efficient; my luggage was picked up in New Zealand on the 8th, and by the 10th, it had arrived at its destination in the USA. My baggage was in the same condition when it arrived. Overall, an awesome and quick experience.
