Placed an order for a new PC with Origin, my first gaming pc I haven't built. I didn't know what to expect, however within a day I received an email from Eddy Hernandez who throughout the process did an amazing job of keeping me up-to-date giving me time to make changes if necessary, telling me if things were waiting parts, what stage the computer was in, etc. I loved this! Too many times you buy something and it's largely radio silence until it arrives or maybe a canned email with a tracking number. Eddy and Origin definitely have their process down and keep the customer informed and aware of every stage of the process. I'll be getting the PC within the next week, but if their initial communication is any sign of their quality - the computer will be flawless.
About a month after starting to use the PC for work, I heard a loud pop and smelled smoke. Obviously, there was a major malfunction in the PC, but that wasn't the only major malfunction. Corsair was totally uninterested in my getting assistance in anything resembling a timely fashion. They have their process and that's that. No expediting. Can't pay for a quicker turnaround. They were going to take their sweet time on the repair and that was that. My only choice was to replace the PC. This company thinks that people can go without their main work PC for weeks and months. The PC itself was fine until the CPU and Circuit Board fried. I get that things happen, but this company was totally indifferent to my plight. Basically, I was on my own after plucking down thousands for a high end computer. Total time to repair was a little over a month. Repeating, things happen and I understand that, but when I placed that first panicked call to support and quickly realized that they didn't care not one little bit, I knew I'd be writing this review. Great PC. You just have to hope that nothing goes wrong.

Ordering with Origin was very easy. I ordered one of the prebuilt rigs and researching the specs around the industry, could not find a beatable price anywhere. The closest I could find was ~$500 more expensive. But the discounted price did not seem to show up as a lesser experience. The case build was great, cable management was great. I received the PC within a week of ordering. Everything was included and the PC fired up right out of the box. Speaking of the shipping. everything came extremely well packaged in heavy duty foam. There was also expandable foam included inside the build to help support the GPU (which have gotten quite large over the years). Everything came out very easy and was intact with no obvious bends or wear from shipping. Further I was reached out to by Oliver P. with the company after ordering, and multiple times along the ordering and after order process for help rectifying any issues. I had none but it was helpful to know that they were available just in case anything went wrong. I'm very happy with my PC and would recommend them to any friend going forward.

The website ordering and storing of saved configs can be frustrating, as mine would disappear. After ordering, accessing my order to see all the parts proved frustrating and fruitless. The offers disappeared as well, like free upgrade as if it was removed completely from the site…I tried to do another configuration as the price seemed off. However, communication was easy, and response time was quick. Shipping wasn’t free even though it stated it was. I received the box very quickly after about 3-4 weeks of the completed transaction. Packing was good. Nice welcome package, and setup was rather painless. The Neuron case is gorgeous. I haven’t installed software yet.
My experience with origin pc was fantastic. It took a couple extra days to ship out, but that is no problem at all. The biggest benefit is that Oliver, the person that was in charge of my order, was awesome giving me frequent updates and explaining what was going on and even checked up on it a couple weeks after shipping. Fantastic customer service. The pc is amazing and doing everything i can ask of it. Overall i would rate this a 5/5.

I would say it's one of the smoothest processes I've experienced ordering something online and the gentlemen who helped me are very easy going on all ends, Jay fixed and walked me through what was going wrong with my order when I asked about issues I was having, all of which were my fault, Oliver was responsive and reaching out with updates on all fronts, and Bryant even reached out to me offering a refund for a product I wanted that's out of stock or if I was interested in swapping it out for something else, very straightforward and direct. The PC is incredible, it got here no problems at all, packaged neatly and well taken care of. As a first time PC experience entirely, it was a huge relief and honestly exciting all the way through. I wanted something from Origin for ages and they delivered the moment I was committed. I will always recommend Origin to anyone asking me about my rig, or folk curious about getting a PC.

Odette was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had with a previous order. I had originally submitted an order using a financing option, but later decided to cancel it and pay cash instead. During the process, I accidentally created two profiles, which resulted in two separate orders and caused some confusion on my end. Odette quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and helped straighten out the duplicate profiles and orders.
