For three weeks, I was trying to get to Sierra Leone. This was a stressful time for me to get to, BUT Oliver was able to work with me and made sure that I was able to get a confirmation. Ovago changed my flight to a different day than I booked and I paid extra for more comfortable seats-which they will not honor. This flight is still four months away! Ovago is the worst! After this review they called me a couple of times in the middle of the work day…no one on the other end. They left me messages concerning this review…so update: I booked directly through Delta for a couple hundred bucks more and have had no issue. I suggest you do the same.

This provider is a scam. We got bait and switched within 2 hours of booking, for a 40% price increase. Customer service is even passive aggressive when justifying the "unexpected" price increase.
