I ordered the board and received it a couple of weeks later. Questions on the delay were answered instantly and politely. The taxes I had to pay were refunded soon after delivery. Very good service!!

I'm truly loving my Reformly experience.
As a lady in her 50s who is less fit than she'd like to be, and rather out of shape, I've struggled to find an exercise modality that works for me. Most are too difficult and onerous and I soon give up as it's just not enjoyable to feel pushed beyond your capabilities, and exhausted by the end of a workout.
Reformly is different. Everything you need to work on all areas of your body is included in one simple device, and the accompanying workouts are easy to follow.
As the workouts gradually increase in difficulty and intensity as you work through the programs, it's easy to keep up your momentum each day, and is, to my great surprise, very enjoyable!
I look forward to my Reformly session each evening and, after just over a week, I feel considerably stronger and more stable in my core. No noticeable weight loss yet, but it's early days.
I'm excited to see where my Reformly journey takes me.

I experienced an issue with the delivery of part of my order, which made the process longer than expected.
While the situation was initially frustrating, I want to thank the Reformly Customer Service team for their support throughout the process.

Haven’t even received my board which was promised in a week from ordering ! They say they have sent it ! I’ve been chasing DHL & Royal Mail but nothing ??? Wish I never ordered it now and gone somewhere else . They won’t even give me a refund . Don’t recommend at all customer service is awful 😞
I tried the Reformly tool with initial reluctance but once in, I really felt it useful and easy to use! There are lot of exercise to be done and each one useful for a different part of our body muscle. There is no excuse for not using it because it's easy and intuitive. I would really raccomend it

I just completed my first workout from the Reformly app and it was a perfect first workout to get introduced to reformers Pilates.
I am thoroughly athletic as I was a division, one athlete, but I am 18 months out postpartum so this is my journey getting back into shape and toning the parts that I’m most self-conscious about. I’m excited for this journey and heard nothing but great things from my friends that have also purchased Reformly Pilates!

This reformer Pilates kit is an excellent way to get into reformer without paying for classes or leaving your home - I have been doing this for 3 weeks and am starting to see and feel a real difference! The app is great and gives a tailored programme for your workouts.

Nice Board but Bad Customer Service and they Used AI
I really like the ease of the board and how compact it is for storage. It really is ideal for home workouts. I’m knocking half a star off initially for the mess I had with receiving my board which was partially my fault, partially royal mail’s fault, but partially Reformlys fault as well and another half a star for their communication through the mess. I don’t know where these people are located but it is NOT in the UK as they claim. It takes several days to hear a response from them and when you do finally get an email reply, it’s at 6am and then that’s it for another few days. Horrible customer service and availability.
Now, for the board itself. I’ve had it for two months now and everything still seems to be working ok but the sliders can get a bit sticky at times so I’m nervous about long term durability. The app is fine and the videos are a really nice perk to the purchase as you have guided videos. The reason I knocked off another star is because I’m pretty sure they used AI in the process. Some of the instructions don’t match the video (like saying long bands when the girl in the video is clearly using loop bands, saying “squeeze the ring between your hands” when the video shows the ring between the knees, etc.). Either they used AI or they were extremely lazy in quality control. Some of the videos are also extremely clunky in terms of order of exercises and require a lot of set up changes between moves when they could have been ordered in a way that didn’t make you change the configuration of the board every time.
All in all, I’m happy with the product and I use it almost every day but if Reformly used AI to make their videos, I will never buy from them again and cannot in good conscience recommend them to others.
