Rahul was very kind & patient answering all my questions and explaining different options in detail regarding my concerns booking a hotel and coming up with alternative suggestions, based on what we were looking for. Too bad he doesn't have a direct line to contact for upcoming reservation needs! Give him a raise & promotion for being so polite and helpful! He made the process not rushed and helped me feel comfortable with booking, when normally, I would've just done it online.

Eden was not honest with us. We wanted a nice hotel but she got us into Woodstock Inn which was horrible, dirty, and did not have a parking lot. There were two ladies smoking “pot” at the main entrance and we had to complain to our credit card for being unsafe. Her tactics of letting us into a horrible hotel instead of a safe one is reprehensible. We were not able to stay there.

Very helpful when walked in to The fron desk, vending machine downstairs was fully stocked and worked. All rooms were being cleaned and they had gold breakfast.
