When I shared with her that the hotel was for mine and my husband’s 40th anniversary she really tried to get me the best room and rate for that weekend. Because I cancelled my reservation and you said my card wasn't charged. But on 8/23/2026, this morning I checked my account and my card was charged. This is so disappointing to me, first you lied about not charging my account. And next I'm pissed because you took funds out of my account. So I talked to someone this morning and they said it would be 10 days before my funds are returned in my account. Very disappointed in your management and service.

The 3rd party AI experience was one I won’t forget - not in a good way. First and last time using it. On the other hand, Maria at Trsvelloge was exceptional! No ground floor room, my not being able to do the stairs made her jump to service as she called practically every hotel around and checked appropriates availability and rates. Maria at Travel lodge in Las Vegas was amazing! We still have to work the refund for this non refundable room reservation, but she assured me she could handle it the next day. She does not have the appearance of such a terrific professional desk clerk, but appearances will fool you. She was the most helpful hotel employee I have ever met.
