Very very disappointed with the overall customer experience in the handling of the replacement of my alarm equipment. How does an brand new key pad installed on 3/302022 experience low battery status and thus making the entire display blank?

Very sad that my original sales person Dean didn’t want to help me get the right cameras for my home. He didn’t want to change my contract. Kyle was great. However, a second tech showed up at our home. The second tech was the same guy that we have requested multiple times not be assigned to service our home. But, for some reason Ackerman can't seem to get this part right. When our contract ends we will change providers.
