My experience on the bus was wonderful
My experience on the bus was wonderful. The bus drivers were professional and very safe driving during rainstorms and behind wide loads. Some of the drivers were women and some were men. The women drivers were the best and one lady I don't know her name but I spoke to her supervisor to let them know how well she did and that the lady needed a raise she had only worked for 2 years with your company the other gentleman drove 37 years his name was Joe that was from Amarillo to meridian we changed buses in Dallas. He reminded me of not talking to them while they were driving and asked me to return to my seat. I understood completely that I was in the wrong and apologized I would like for him to be acknowledged his name was Joe and I took a picture of the bus number please see that this gentleman is recognized for his excellent driving and professionalism
My name is Linda McIntire and I rode from meridian to Amarillo and back again my only complaint is the lack of time we had at some stops and the fact that the bus fee is higher on weekends and if you don't get it very much in advance I paid $187 one way to Amarillo and $137 one way back to meridian

My Prius died in Las Vegas leaving me…
My Prius died in Las Vegas leaving me to get what I could out of it. I had big suitcases to bring home to California. I was stuck over July 4th weekend, car in AAA REPAIR SHOP in Henderson for 5 days but they couldn't diagnose the issue. Finally I booked a Greyhound and got home.

The bus driver Brad (?) is a very organized and nice person 👍
The bus driver Brad (?) is a very organized and a very nice person. Before coming in any stops he told us how long we would stay and what we could do such as smoking, buying food from where or going to bathroom. After leaving stops we were told how long we would come to next stop. He even let us know that how many people would come and after that we could sit on any seat empty at that point. After he scanned my code at Sparks station, he told me that my seat 20A was in the far end, then offered me the seat right behind the driver because he saw my fully silvered hair and very old face. That is so kind of him. I really appreciate his kindness very much. Thanks a lot. Yu

Great driver on Bus 87098 Ft Worth to Houston. Clean bus (rarity). The issue was No AIR-CONDITIONING! I had to change my clothes in Waco. The driver was nice enough cracked a few jokes and apologized for their lack of maintenance. I offered to fix the buses A/C. How can a bus run in this swamp heat without air is a devil of question. Corporate do better pinch your pennies somewhere else. Greyhound never lets me down with with the lack of human diseases. AI would do a better job that is for sure.

The second bus was going to be over 400 minutes late. And this was after the first ticket had to get canceled, per Greyhound. The third bus made us super late for the show, hence the reason I didn't book that one in the first place. The replacement was cheaper so they owed me the difference. I called customer service and they instructed me to choose the the voucher option, so that I would be assured a seat, and then all I needed to do was fill out the form to request it be sent back to my card. He assured me that I could get my money back, well he lied. I have no need for a voucher as I won't be on the bus anytime soon and I definitely won't recommend anyone else to take it either, atleast not the Greyhound/Flix bus! I wish I would've taken Amtrak, they have great customer service!
July 10 2026. Booking number 3373477360. Route st. Louis to Des Moines Iowa.
This was a desth trap. The bus driver allowed some kind of gas/chemical on the bus.
I was the target and it burned into the cartilage of my rib cage and spine.
There were only 5 other passengers on the bus all kept quiet but the other guy kn there.
The fumes were so bad the driver was having a hard time driving the bus, purposely going slow. Semi trucks were passing us.
The driver needed fresh air making unscheduled stops. First one in Hannibal mo. We weren't supposed to stop until Quincey ill.
He pulled over o. The side of the road saying he smelled smoke but the second i grabbed my bags to get off he took of. I had no problem with after that.
I k ow these buses have audio and video. I have no reason to make this stuff up.
But it gets worse. We made it to Cedar Rapids where he decides to call the cops on me and the other passenger.
He lied and said I threatened him leaving me stranded with the other guy.
I told the cops abkut the fumes on the bus all went on Deaf ears.
Bottom line the drivers ail endanger your life without hesitation.
The bright side greyhound didnt give me a motel room food vouchers nothing a
But a rebooting. If it's the same guy I will be in the pappers
Never again! Never ever again! Greyhound bus lines, you are the road version of Spirit Airlines and look where they ended up. Horrid customer service! I left yesterday from Effingham IL to Knoxville where I had a connection in St. Louis to Ohio for leaving at 2am ( I arrived at 11p). Got a notification on my phone that the connection is delayed until 345p Friday evening and we had to call customer service for connections or reschedule. The agents couldn't do any vouchers or refunds at their counter. After getting through to an agent, she rebooked me from St. Louis to Memphis then to Knoxville arriving at 10p and leaving at 9a. So I had to stay the night in the terminal and half slept because it's an atrocious terminal along with not so desirable people floating through. I waited the next day for a boarding announcement near the terminal and the agent did not make a boarding announcement! She only made a final announcement at 8:55am. I had to ask her where are they boarding and had to get to the B gate which I made it cause it's not a big terminal. The fat, sloppy bus driver was on the bus doing a count while I was at the door knocking for him to let me in. He didn't look my way, he sat down and looked at his phone and shook his pig shaped head no! Bus did not leave until 9:05. I made it there at 8:57. Went back to tell the ticket agent about this, she said that when they close the door, they can't open it back. But why close the door before 9 and why they don't do a final check for passengers like Amtrak does? But she had her hands full as she was dealing with enraged customers and security with customers almost coming to blows with each other. And good luck with getting an agent over the phone that you can understand to try to get a refund. If I wanted to catch another bus, I would've had to stay at the terminal again for another night! I had to cancel my trip to meet my friends for a get together and take a Lyft home from St. Louis to Illinois. When I got home and after several calls, I got an agent who was very understanding and offered me a voucher for my remaining part of my unused ticket. But I'm pretty sure I will not be using Greyhound again, so it's a voucher wasted! And I knew better! Haven't used Greyhound in many years and I was reminded why! And it's bad when one of the ticket agents tell you that Greyhound is her absolute last travel choice. She's rather walk. Company is pure and utter trash and disappointment.
I paid extra to get the 1D seat and the driver was using that row for her phone charger so she put me in the next row. At a stop I used the bus restroom and when I came out my bag was moved by a customer just getting on the bus. The driver said just move to the 3rd row. I want my money back for not getting what I paid extra for. That is not right!

I have been riding Greyhound/Flixbus every summer from Tallahassee to Jacksonville for 20 years. It is the only way for me to get to the Amtrak station. I have rarely had an issue getting a seat, with my safety/comfort before/during/after the trip. The price seems fair.
I am not a great fan of the current bus station situation in Tallahassee. Nor do I like the increased travel time for this journey. I used to be able to do it in just under 3 hours. Now it is more like 3.5 hours.

I would give this company a zero on accountability and customer relations After my bag was stolen/ lost off of one of their buses in Newark, Delaware I tried repeatedly to speak to staff, supervisors and wrote many complaints online on their website No one has ever contacted me about replacing my bag or the contents I itemized everything that was in the bag and sent the paperwork to their legal dept again no reply / no accountability The worst company !!!!!
Comfortable. The transpilot are very accommodating giving us half an hour break as well very helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. My brother was left in Tyler TX on his journey to TN with greyhound due to matters out of his control. He felt very unsafe due to the other passengers as well. My brother has disabilities and this is how he was treated! Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. Never use greyhound.
I couldn't talk to a real person about this matter to get him some kind of refund. They said "you can only email them". Ive been battling them for two weeks now and their solution was a $84 voucher once again was only by email. Never use greyhound

I will never ride a Greyhound again. They assign seats but don't enforce it. The two rows of people in front of us decided to lift up their seat cushions and roll their seats back for massive leg room and in doing so completely collapsed out assigned seats. Did the bus driver correct it? No, just asked us to find new seats or stand. I mean how much bad service are we suppose to tolerate? We all paid the same rate (us probably more) but people are allowed to adjust their seats to screw others and the bus driver did nothing. I did a charge back and I will follow up with the bank. I took pictures and everything. That and people are playing music, my back and knees are killing me and never again. Ban us Greyhound. We paid more for this sht service than we could have for plane tickets. I'm sure the plane staff wouldn't just shrug at a family and tell them to find their own seat or stand on the plane while it's flying it's insane. I expected not good service but this crossed the line.
The only thing that bothered me the most from this trip is the restrooms, it was filthy and dirty. I guess it is an older bus but you can still keep it clean. Having instructions on intercom on how to use the restroom. The smell was terrible. I had quite a few stops and a few transfer, some of the drivers were helpful to the passengers but a few of them were straight up rude, they did not want to be bothered. I feel being open can help a first timer like myself understand and make sure that I am going the right way because they even say they will leave you if you're not there in time. We left a passenger in Oregon that was a minute late but the bus was 20 minutes late. We left 7 ppl in sacramento. If I am left in the middle of nowhere I would not know what to do. It scared me to death, I just wanted to get to my destination. There were drivers that were open to help direct you to the right area,
