Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many consumers express strong dissatisfaction regarding the quality of the equipment, noting that certain products cease functioning prematurely or develop issues like poor battery life on phones. Furthermore, a considerable number of people report major issues with the service and pricing structure associated with repairs, including being quoted high costs for parts and labor. However, some customers also noted that certain flagship phones offer excellent camera quality, while a few praised specific models for good performance. A few other people mentioned positive experiences, stating that some items performed reliably or that they enjoyed the use of certain devices, like a specific tablet model. While overall service is often criticized for being slow or unhelpful, some reviewers experienced successful fixes from external, recommended services.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG REPRESENTATIVE.. I will never buy any device from this incompetent company again. I just chatted with a Samsung representative named " Sathvik Rao ". Regardless, I needed to know if my device was network-locked or unlocked, as I had purchased it from an online store; the seller claimed it was unlocked, but I wanted to verify this before opening the packaging. I contacted Samsung, expecting assistance since the device is a Samsung product—not one from another phone manufacturer. The incompetent representative asked for the order number and model of the device I bought *from Samsung*, even though I had already told the representative I purchased it from an online store. I’m not even sure if the representative was fluent in English, as he/she failed to answer my question. This is a real problem; many companies hire people who lack English proficiency. Ultimately, I received no help from this incompetent employee, who claimed that because I bought the device outside of Samsung site, they couldn't assist me! This is sheer stupidity whether on the part of the company for having such policies, or the employee for lacking English proficiency and professional competence. A question: What if I had purchased the device from one of Samsung’s authorized partners? Would I have been required to go back to the specific branch where I bought it? Don't I have the right to contact Samsung directly? I address this question to the manager and the owner of Samsung—let them answer it.
It is very bad. After you chat for 2 hours for simple return, y oi u get disconnected.
We have a 6 month old fridge/freezer from SAMSUNG and already have multiple problems with the ice/water dispenser. SAMSUNG customer service is appalling & non existent. They do not call you back after sending multiple emails, proof of purchase & photos of problems. You have to keep phoning & emailing for hours & get repeatedly cut off while on hold. We will never buy a Samsung appliance again - they don't refund you if the product is faulty only exchange! So stressful and the system brings you to tears. They even have the audacity to say on their messaging service that 76% of customers are satisfied with their service. This cannot be true.
I’ve used Samsung for over 14 years, but I’m done. My S24 Plus was in perfect condition until an official software update completely broke the fast-charging feature. Samsung customer support refused to fix their own mistake and tried to charge me for the repair just because the 2-year warranty recently ended. Forcing loyal customers to pay for a defect caused by their own update is unacceptable. I am switching to another brand.
I’ve about had it with Samsung. I wish there was a minus star. Because they'd receive -5. A few days ago, I purchased a Samsung T7 SSD directly from Samsung’s website. Shortly afterward, I found the exact same drive on Samsung’s official Amazon store for 22% less. I contacted Samsung to request a price match and spent over an hour explaining to the support representative that the Amazon listing was Samsung’s own official storefront. They repeatedly insisted it was a third-party reseller, despite clear evidence that it wasn’t. I gave them screenshots, URLs, everything! To make matters worse, I was also told Samsung doesn’t price match Amazon, even though Samsung’s own published price match policy on their own website clearly states that they do. I found myself explaining Samsung’s own policies and storefront to the support representative instead of the other way around. It was incredibly frustrating. After nearly two hours, my refund request was finally approved. Then, just now 07/16/26, Samsung emailed me asking for me to show proof of purchase and proof of the Amazon pricing, the exact information I had already submitted during the original chat. That was already approved!!!!!!!! The entire experience has been disorganized, repetitive, and a complete waste of my time. I expected far better customer service from a company like Samsung. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer for 30 plus years and have recommended their products to countless friends, family members, and clients. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion. I can no longer recommend buying directly from Samsung. This company is officially dead to me and I advise you stay away from them as well.
I hate hate hate google messagesI don't feel that it's safe. It's ugly.I didn't get a lot of my messages transfer over. They should have left it the same.I have now switched over to iPhone.Because of the stupid google messages. Had Samsung for over thirteen years plus! I am no longer interested in Samsung phones. Because google messages is horrible. I have gotten a new iPhone bye Samsung you ruined the messages
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch for approximately $800–$900, expecting the premium quality and customer service that comes with a flagship product. Unfortunately, before the watch was even one year old, the exercise selection button developed a defect and now has to be pressed extremely hard to function properly. To make sure the issue was reported while the watch was still under warranty, I contacted Samsung Customer Support three days before my warranty expired. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The representative didn't seem to listen to the issue I was describing and instead spent time troubleshooting something completely unrelated. Before anyone had even looked at the watch, I was also warned that I could be responsible for repair costs if Samsung decided the problem wasn't covered under warranty. As a customer reporting a defect before the warranty expired, that was not reassuring. I was then told I would receive an email with a prepaid shipping label so I could send the watch in for warranty service. That email never arrived, leaving me to follow up again on an issue I had already reported before the warranty expired. I've owned Samsung products for years and have generally had good experiences, which made this especially disappointing. When a customer buys a premium product that fails in less than a year, they should receive responsive, straightforward warranty service—not feel like they're being discouraged from making a legitimate warranty claim. I sincerely hope Samsung improves both its customer service training and its warranty process so future customers receive the level of support that should come with a premium product.
I bought a brand new Samsung charger from this shop in hafiz center. @Mobile Links (Shop # LG-15) It stopped working after one charge. Instead of a resolution, shop keepers are ready for fighting. No returns, No exchange, No accountability. Customer is wrong because he purchased it.
We purchased a Samsung refrigerator and paid $2,400. The fridge lost their coolant within 6 months and we lost our food. We contacted Samsung 4 times now, but they have not done anything to resolve the problem. The last customer service is rude and talks over us to the point we could not hear what she is saying. She tried to hang up, but good thing I chose to review the service received at the end of the call. Of course, I gave her bad review which she very much well deserved. I talked to the store I bought the fridge from, and the salesman told me never buy Samsung and LG because their qualities are poor, and their mechanics do not know how to fix their own products since they are not well trained and are too new in the market. He said the store received too many complaints about the two name brands.
We bought Samsung products from Nebraska furniture mart 4 months ago. Our fridge/freezer is not keeping anything cold. We lost hundreds of dollars of food. I put a ticket in 3 weeks ago each time I’ve talked to them they tell me they will contact me in 3-5 business days. Never have they attempted to contact me, I have had to call each time. I have sent receipt to get compensated 5 times. I will never buy Samsung again
If I could put zero stars I would. Thus experience has been horrible a nd unacceptable. I placed an order on samsung.com on June 20th and here it is July 14th and my order is still processing and no one knows why because it was a 2 day shipping. I placed multiple escalations with customer service only for them to be clueless in the matter. No one knows anything yet the same day I placed the order, the money cleared my account. Unacceptable, unprofessional, uncalled for especially since I ordered a Samsung phone directly from samsung.com. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know
When my phone broke under a manufacturer defect it was a week long fight to get them to cover it. 2 months of trying to get it fixed because the only places they offer for repair suck. You go in with an appointment and they tell you leave for phone for days or come back and be the first one in the door then you might get help that day. The customer service reps online are all pulling from prompts that aren't fully written so if there's any confusion on the customers end you're screwed. You ask for customer service phone number. Its products. Customer service page is only chat no number. If you have issues with your agent they say they cant transfer you until you say you've emailed the ceo then like magic you're transfered. What a joke. Oh and the customer service rep was unhelpful because they couldn't initially explain why a watch price wasn't including my trade in cost. Turns out you can either have their discount from the shop or a trade in. Can't trade in on a discounted product even if you dont want the newest. What a giant scam. Not to mention that's not printed until the very bottom under reviews which means you're scrolling forever. This feels like its trying to deceive the customer in payment practices. Disgusting.
Costumer service repeatedly give bad information. Then they do not stand by their costumers. Even when their own updates cause software glitches. Lastly their lack of proactive work to find more samsung approved care places show how poorly their care about their costumers. Samsung is not a company that gives good costumer support, nor service.
The Customer Service portal is broken. I bought a 55 inch $1700 television 11 months ago, the TV stopped working for no apparent reason. Their process of fixing it is to send a repair man out after about 3 to 4 days post phone call, have that person assess the television and then wait an additional amount of time to determine what needs to happen next. This requires additional time off work and additional irritation on my part. If only Samsung had to wait a month to get my money on the initial purchase. This will be the last Samsung I ever purchase.
I would give this washer/dryer combo zero stars if I could. I purchased the Bespoke All-in-One Washer Dryer Combo from Home Depot and paid extra for professional installation. From the beginning, the machine has been nothing but problems. It won’t drain properly, it doesn’t dry clothes, and because of that, everything comes out smelling like mildew. Instead of saving time, it has created hours of frustration. Dealing with Samsung support has been just as disappointing as the machine itself. After multiple calls, I was repeatedly told the problem was a plumbing issue and not covered under the machine’s warranty. I hired a licensed plumber, who confirmed there is nothing wrong with my plumbing and that the issue is with the appliance itself. Despite that, Samsung continues to point the finger elsewhere instead of standing behind their product. When you spend this much money on a premium appliance, you expect it to work and you expect the manufacturer to stand behind it if it doesn’t. Unfortunately, I received neither. This has been one of the worst appliance purchases I’ve ever made. Based on both the product quality and the customer service experience, I will not be purchasing Samsung appliances again.
Worst Oven I have ever owned. Its a Piece of crap.I will never buy any Samsung. They are GARBAGE!!!!
Title: 6 Consecutive Hinge/Screen Failures — Met with Unprofessional Corporate Disregard Review:I have been an incredibly loyal Samsung customer, but after my experience with their senior corporate management, I am completely done with this brand.I am currently on my sixth consecutive Galaxy Z Fold device. Every single one of these phones has suffered from the exact same engineering vulnerability: the internal hinge accumulates resistance, refuses to open fully flat, and the resulting mechanical stress forces a vertical hairline fracture straight down the inner screen crease. While my carrier and previous warranty claims recognized this obvious manufacturing defect in the past, Samsung’s executive escalation team has officially denied coverage for my current Galaxy Z Fold 5 (VOC Case #3102146183).When I requested a senior managerial review, the representative (Daniel Greene) handled it with shocking unprofessionalism. After highlighting my multi-year loyalty and a documented six-device failure loop, he closed my case with a blunt, cold, one-sentence email stating simply: "There is no assistance that can be offered for the repair of your phone." No context, no explanation, and zero professional courtesy.Expecting a consumer to continuously pay $210+ insurance deductibles or face a $2,000 retail replacement an inherent design vulnerability is an unfair business practice. Because Samsung corporate refused to look at my account history or take responsibility for their hardware, I have officially escalated this matter by filing formal complaints with the BBB, FTC, FCC, and the State Attorney General. If you are thinking about buying a Samsung folding device, stay away. The technology is fragile, and if it fails repeatedly,
My refrigerator was broken in 8 months, Samsung referred me to a local service. The service (Unique repair services) was terribly unresponsive, food were wasted; no idea when they would come. I contacted a local another service company out of desperation. Luckily They (We-fix appliances) came and fixed it very fast (I recommend them to everyone). I paid out of pocket (I beleive their cost was comparable). Samsung denies to reimburse me (despite it is still under manufacturer warranty) because I connected out of their contracted service. I tried to contact them many times, Samsung customer service does have any understanding, empathy. So stay away from Samsung, not only because their product breaks quickly, but more importantly their mindset, principal is very disappointing for such a big company: Be cheap and NOT to help customers.
Horrible devices, horrible iPads, just when will I find a Samsung that’s not overpriced and laggy. I had an A8 and my parents said it costed £300. It lagged so bad, when something loud played, the iPad shut down. I recall one time when the battery was on 54% and when that happened, once the iPad turned on, it was only 2%. I tried to find a better iPad, but I found one Samsung one for £1600. I know on my life that I won’t be buying that device from a sorry, fodder pathetic excuse of a tech brand (coming from a 12 yr old btw). Then I saw the apple A16 10th gen. It was smooth and this exact device is what I’m typing on for this report. It was only £300. Months later, my sister had a new Samsung A10. It had ads where there shouldn’t be, and games couldn’t work because of that. The A8 on the other hand which I handed to my other sibiling, caught a virus and it showed an inappropriate image. Mind you, she’s only 9 and she’s not supposed to be exposed to such content. Yours in hate or smth I guess
