i have reviewed orbital groom room before but thought i needed to update as my last visit was a complete shambles i whent it to book and asked for a dateon week beginning 1 sep they asked what was best day so i said wednesday to be told that wasn’t available. which was no problem so asked what days and times they had they gave me a list so i replied monday at 3:30 . so monday 3:00 arrives i pull up with my shuwinee. go to book him in at 3:14 to be told he not booked in for today it next wednesday at 3:30. i tell them this is poor and they don’t even apologise they then rebook us for the friday. so see what happens. i have previously had my dog done her apoxmatly 5 times and was previously happy with service and staff. they recently had a change in staff and there service has a lot to be desired
The two ladies were so lovely and friendly. I have a nervous rescue dog and she has never been to a groomers before. They made she feel so comfortable and she came away so happy. I would 100% recommend Peterborough Bretton store. The trim was great too.
After several years of using the Groom Room Watford this will be the last day I use this service. It’s such a shame the previous wonderful and friendly team have been replaced by rude and brash jobsworths. I was appalled at the behaviour of the supervisor today, someone who appears to have let a bit of power go to her head. Judging by some of the other reviews I am not alone in thinking this. Hopefully, the management will see how awful this new team are and that they are losing once loyal customers as a result. Prospective new customers you have been warned

I’ve reviewed the Handforth team before but felt I wanted to again as it’s been probably 12months since I last did. I am eternally grateful to all of the ladies who groom my dog, Nelson. He is a big daft dog but they are absolutely brilliant with him and he is always so happy to see them and they him. They always do such a fantastic job and I just wanted to give some recognition as he doesn’t love being groomed but he has made such progress and it’s all down to the amazing attitude and skills of the ladies who work here!
Took my dog Poppy to the Haverhill pets at home, groom room. I was so pleased with the service. The girls did an amazing job, and I would especially like to thank Hannah who served us for being so understanding and helpful with Poppy and myself. I would 100% recommend.

Took my 1 year old springer for her first groom, I do appreciate that this can’t always be an easy task but on arrival I found the girl to not be very friendly or reassuring. We were asked how we would like our dog to look, as it was our first experience I was happy to go with her recommendation. I did state that the only thing I didn’t won’t touching we’re here ears!! She looked like she had a squared bob all I could do was laugh if not I would have cried there also wonky. Will not be returning

Since new management, this groom room has fell desperately short of standard customer service expectations. My aging old dog, has been coming here for a number of years, however since the new management, the service is shockingly terrible. My dog's groom appointment was CANCELLED with NO notice. I showed up, young girl said "i should have received a phone call". I did not! Was NOT able to re book as the "groomer was off on long term sick" and there was no one else to stand in? When questioned timescale, was flat told "No idea, could be few months"!! I re-booked on line myself for the next available appointment (2 months away!!. I have an aging German shepherd dog that has double coat and NEEDS this removing in particular in this heat, she is struggiling). 2 days BEFORE my appointment, I recieved a phone call to say they "could NOT accommodate my groom as there was NOT the staff OR the TIME to carry this out. But if i wanted to "drop her in for a bath", then thats my choice. NO APOLOGY, complete entitlement and arrogance. I flagged up this was the SECOND time they had done this (meanwhile my dog hasn't managed to be groomed in 6 months so far)!! No remorse, put the phone down on me!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOM ROOM AT ALL. Shocking terrible customer service who clearly don't care and its simply ABOUT THE MONEY and not the Dog - Reynodls Stratford upon Avon.
I needed to speak to someone at the Leeds, Kirkstall, Groom Room, because I foster dogs, so making an online appointment wasn't an option. I spent two days trying to get through, when someone did finally answer, she took my mobile number and said she would get back to me, but never did. I am fostering two dogs so they've lost out on £98, because I found another reputable groomer who called me back.
The girls at Macclesfield are absolutely fantastic with my 2 puppy’s they do an amazing job, there’s no one else I would trust to do as much as a good job as you girls thankyou
My dog has been coming for his nails clipped every other month for the last 5 years and never had an issue. Went to take him today and did the normal leaving him with the lady. She then came and found me stating my dog was in a state and went to bite her! I advised this has never been something he has done before but I would gladly come in with her to try and and she refused. He is not and never has been an aggressive dog and I am so annoyed with the level of service provided today as its always been really good!
I have used the Groom Room in Ballymena several times with my German Shepherd (since I got him at 6 months old). The staff are absolutely incredible. You can tell they love their jobs and the animals they groom. After my GSD had some stomach issues and missed his usual grooming appointment, the team were amazing on his next visit. They even offered to take him in earlier to make sure he was still comfortable with the bath, dryer, etc. Every time I pick my GSD up he is looking and smelling amazing (and is in such a good mood!)
Disgusting service that I will not be using again. I've been trying to get my husky groomed for 2 months which requires 2 members of staff to do. When we eventually got him in, he was really overdue a groom so needed extra time. The groomer banned us after the session as apparently our dog was aggressive (he wasn't because we stood and watched) and he had a muzzle on. Complained that we left him too long to get groomed despite us saying we had been trying to get an appointment for 2 months. Snotty attitude and really degrading. Will not return to their services ever again!
I was 5 minutes late to my dogs appointment and was told they only get 90 mins. I said that was rude but she didn't answer. I picked my dog up at 12.00 as requested. They were still busy. I was more than happy to wait. Body was cut how I wanted. Legs were short and long in places, her tail was snipped at the end and her ears weren't cut. The last apologized for being rude earlier and said it wasn't aimed at me. My dog still spelt doggy and can't guarantee she had a bath. My dog couldn't wait to get away and I just wanted to get out. I discovered all this when I got home and I should have gone back and complained but I know my dog wouldn't want to go back. Never again.
Dropped my Cockerpoo Jeff off at 9.00 and by 10.20 he was all done looking and smelling gorgeous...rebooked for September not sure of the guys name who groomed him but he did an excellent job...dog is quite fussy when his feet and nails are done but he managed to do them....excellent service

The worst dog groomers in the area! The kids that work there are complete mongs and pretty bloody rude! Your dog will come out with a buzz cut all over no matter what you ask for.
I would avoid this place like the plague. Support local and go somewhere that actually cares for animals.

I've been going to the Carlisle groom room for 2 years and never had an issue until the last groom. I paid for a deshed of my dog and it clearly wasnt done only her spin area got done because she was over groomed there and I could get clumps of fury from her sides/legs area. Definitely wouldn't be back. Shadow normally had a usal groom lady (I can't remember her name) but she's on maternity leave she got done by 2 people I hadn't seen before (shadow was a regular and went every 6-8 weeks) I have pictures to prove this I just can't attach them
Booked in for a Groom at Eastgate only for it to be cancelled a couple days before. Was told to use Emerson’s Green
who cancelled the day before. I was told due to staff issues and the other because they didn’t read the notes on file. The communication is very poor, Kate was unsympathetic couldn’t answer my questions and blunt. Absolute circus!
