Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about poor customer support, mentioning unhelpful representatives, extremely long waiting times, and constant difficulties resolving various technical issues. People also expressed deep frustration with hardware quality issues, unexpected device malfunctions, and restrictive software limitations that eventually rendered their items completely useless. Though some customers faced significant challenges, a small group of reviewers were genuinely happy with the helpful store staff and smooth hardware performance. These consumers deeply appreciated the friendly assistance received during direct store visits and praised the impressive overall quality of the product design.

Unresponsive thieves. I paid for $99 subscription to Apple Developer and their page didn't link it or register it. Reached support several times and got only automated replies. Never got to use the $99, and no reimbursement is available on their behalf. Absolutely hideous experience.
I have been with Apple my entire adult life. I’ve never had the issues I have now. Now they are forcing trial periods on their App Store and even when you cancel right away they are still charging you for it. You get a phone and it’s trash. You pay for storage and STILL have no storage. This company is piss poor
Complaint Regarding Customer Service I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the customer service I received from Nina during a phone call at approximately 4:27 pm on Saturday 25th July. I contacted Apple to obtain further information about my delivery, specifically regarding the shipment with TNT/FedEx following the earlier issue involving DPD and the incorrect delivery address. I was simply looking for more information about the status of my delivery. Unfortunately, Nina was unable or unwilling to answer my questions. When I asked about the delivery, she repeatedly stated that she was “trying to help” but did not provide the information I had requested. During the call, Nina stated that Apple was unable to change the shipping address because of “UK law.” When I questioned this, she admitted that she did not know UK law herself and said that her manager had instructed her to say this. I found this concerning, as customers should be given accurate information rather than statements that staff cannot explain or verify. When I asked to speak with a manager, or requested that the call be escalated, she refused to transfer me. She repeatedly told me that I would not be able to speak to a manager and that, even if I called back, I would not get through to one. I found this dismissive and unprofessional. Throughout the conversation, I felt that Nina’s manner was rude and unhelpful. Rather than trying to resolve my query, she appeared to discourage me from escalating my concerns and did not provide the assistance I had contacted Apple to receive. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I would appreciate this complaint being investigated, clarification regarding the information I was given about my delivery, and an explanation as to why I was prevented from speaking with a manager when I requested to do so.
I really wanted this to go well, but it was a letdown from start to finish. I was left waiting without any explanation for the delay. There were unexpected charges at checkout that weren't clearly explained upfront. Hard to recommend based on how this went.
Apple is nothing short of a thief who would break into your house while you are away and steal everything of value. However, Apple does it right in front of your face. Over the past two years I have tried to help a few people caught in a dire situation, and I have ended up losing about $900 in purchasing Apple gift cards. Most recently I had $75 in my Apple account, and a very nice lady advisor told me they would cash out my account, and I would receive a check in six weeks. SIX WEEKS? Then I went to a local Target store and bought a $100 card, and the redemption code was all ruined except for the first letter. So I submitted all my photos and receipt to Apple. I was informed by Apple that they found the code to this card, but it had already been used by someone (obviously a scammer), and they would NOT refund my $100. I sent a very strong email to Tim Cook, Apple's CEO, and later got a phone call from Demi in the executive department. She said she would check out what I had said to Tim Cook. Well, she called me back, and I was informed I would not get my $100 back. I told her what Apple's Trust Pilot score was, and that if I worked for Apple and saw how the steal from their own customers that I would walk out immediately. Demi was nice, but just doing what she was told to do. APPLE IS NOTHING BUT A PILE OF DOG POOP, AND I WILL NEVER BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT... NEVER! BOYCOTT THESE THIEVING BASTARDS! That means ILLEGITIMATE!
I bought a new iPad in February this year. On Monday I spent over an hour with chat support and couldn’t fix the sudden failure of facial recognition. I was promised that the replacement would be sent as soon as possible and they’ve put a pre-authorisation of the WHOLE NEW COST on my credit card on Monday. As of today (Friday), the pre-authorisation hold on my credit card remains yet Apple has done NOTHING!! This is a lot of money to lose from my available credit. I feel as though I’ve been conned and misled by the support operative. They haven’t even bothered to answer the email I sent. Totally disgraceful and I’m disgusted! And this is with Apple Care Plus at £7.49 per month. I’ve been Apple for over a decade. I’ll be searching for other options from now on. Worse still, I’m stuck with a BROKEN 5-MONTH-OLD IPDAD!!! UPDATE: Yesterday I was told they were sending a refurbished unit and not the new unit replacement promised and required by UK law. I refused the refurbished unit. Then yet another so-called expert told me it wasn’t refurbished but was being made from scratch specifically for a replacement and not for sale. Worse still, a part they need to build it is out of stock until at least mid August. Nobody told me this until I’d exhausted myself by wasting over 3.45 hours on two chats and a long phone call in between! As of today (28/7/2026) Apple has not responded to me at all and has closed the case with no resolution. I’ve had to email them with a formal notification I’m invoking my consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Paid for an app subscription twice $179, they won’t refund one of them! They just chose to deny the request and the appeal, forget about if it was never used and it’s a totally unnecessary subscription. Pretty much F it and F off. Soured the whole relationship, so at a minimum their credit card is going to go bye bye and so are as many apps I have that I can immediately get rid of while figuring out how to decouple and possibly get rid of devices and services all together.
Terrible company Steve jobs is looking up at us from hell laughing at the fact his company is such a scam that works on everyone. You’d be better off with a flip phone than an iPhone because these losers still degrade the software even though they were told to stop because it’s illegal
Absolutely dreadful password recovery, dreadful navigation of account creation, essentially just the worst on all fronts. Boycott!
Ads on the App Store?! Are you insane? I pay a premium price for your products to stay away from Android ad slop and google practices and now you added ads to your App Store? What the hell? I don’t need to pay 1500€ for an iPhone if I get the same experience on android for 1/3rd the price for my device! If I wanted to look at ads all day long I’d use google products! What is next? Ad widgets? What happened to you? It obviously is not that you need money. It is pure greed! Stop that nonsense! People will leave Apple if you continue down this path. I left Xbox after 20 years for the same reasons. I don’t need to pay for a service only to get more ads! Happy with Steam. Now the richest company in the world needs to push ads on their own apps? Disgusting!
Apple wants your bank debit/credit card tied to the apps, apps that they do not own. I am trying to install an app of my tv service and I am being denied because I made an order, but decided not to follow through. They want payment for app services that I am not going to use. Requests for refund are denied, there is no appeal system. I have a contact through my phone company, but I have a year left, otherwise I would be cancelling my account with Apple. Sell my iPhone & iPad. A supervisor told me that to have the go ahead to install any other app I must pay an order, which I didn’t follow through. Their customers need to write news papers, local tv & online sites like Trust Pilot.
They said billing issue and advised to talk to the bank and I talked to my bank, no issue there and bank paid billing about. Apple taking this issue to resolve ever long,,, looks like every support members either died out on leave. Shame on Apple support.
"Warning: Scammed by Apple and The Wolf game! 🐺 I've been hit twice - first when I signed up for the game via email, and again through my Apple account. Apple is only refunding half of my lost money, and The Wolf game has NO account recovery option despite claiming to have one. I spoke with Apple, and they just told me to contact the game developers abroad. Not helpful. I reported it as fraud, but doubt it'll make a difference. The real issue is Apple's (and The Wolf's) lack of accountability. My Apple device died due to a manufacturing error, and neither company takes responsibility. Policies meant to protect businesses are being used to rob consumers like me. It's time for change. 🚫 1/5 stars to both Apple and The Wolf. Shame on you for prioritizing profits over people."
This should really be 0. I am never using or buying anything apple ever again. Someone hacked my account and their response was "sorry, sucks". Fvck apple
I love Apple, I used iPhone since 2008, and I can’t leave without it to another brand of phone. I used iPhone 12 Pro Max for 5 years, finally I changed to iPhone 17 pro max, the only problem with my iPhone 12 Pro Max was the battery only. Other than that, it was awesome
£50 randomly leaves my account ? they ask for password but have no account with them so how do i get a refund as they will not send a password
I went to Aventura Mall 07/21 with my friend Mirta (Mirta does not speak English) to help her connect her Wi-fi plus other things and we were lucky enough to hook up with Brice (I believe his last name is Sonesta). We started at 12:55 and this young man stayed with us for almost 8 hours (on and off). Needless to say that he took care of everything - from resetting her iphone, downloading all the photos, creating a new icloud account, help with creating emails and most importantly, connecting an Apple watch to her phone. I know that there were other things that he did and I just want to say Thank you for having such an excellent employee that takes care of their customers until the end. We were totaling comfortable with Brice and not everyone has what he has!! 5 Stars to Brice!! Sincerely, Sherry Ann Graham (T) 305-467-5299
To be able to change my password, I shouldn't have to wait over 3 days in order to do so. First off, Apple should probably tell people that they need to set up all of these things in order to not have to wait. Second, if you end up having to do a system reset due to a shitty OS upgrade that screws up your phone, the employees should probably not try to help 3 customers at once, rushing me through the process. Third, I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT 3 DAYS TO RESET MY PASSWORD! One day is plenty of time. Rethink your process because many people and jobs rely on their phones and app for every day things. I now can't contact my job, or even access my apt.
