What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about poor customer support, mentioning unhelpful representatives, extremely long waiting times, and constant difficulties resolving various technical issues. People also expressed deep frustration with hardware quality issues, unexpected device malfunctions, and restrictive software limitations that eventually rendered their items completely useless. Though some customers faced significant challenges, a small group of reviewers were genuinely happy with the helpful store staff and smooth hardware performance. These consumers deeply appreciated the friendly assistance received during direct store visits and praised the impressive overall quality of the product design.

What people say

Poor poor service

Poor poor service. Brought an apple iphone 17 on 30 th April, did not turn up. Re-ordered... again after being told the dpd driver had lost it! Had to collect new phone from closest store... 60 miles away. New phone worked for 1 month. Camera decided to not work.. had to go to store... again. Booked in for repair to be told staff were sick and they couldn't do it. Absolute crap service on the phone... they would not answer at Sheffield and technical support kept repeating what had already been diagnosed at the store the week before. Apple - get a grip and provide a service that is worthy for a customer who pays for the care plan aswell. ABSOLUTE JOKE

I recently purchased a new iPad from…

I recently purchased a new iPad from Apple. During the online purchase I requested to securely recycle my old iPad. I expected to receive return instructions by email. I have heard nothing. On contacting apple the say that I can only recycle at a shop. I would not have purchased online from apple had i known this.

Awful customer service - 2 weeks without airpods and counting

Worse customer service. Airpods (only 6 months old) have been in repair for 2 weeks. Been given different stories for delay - 1. repair centre physically moved location & 2. availability of parts. Finally advised 2 days ago I would be sent a replacement pair and they were just waiting UPS tracking number. been told today that I havent received them or the UPS tracking number because they are waiting for replacement parts that are due in 2 business days (which given its friday in reality to me means 4 days). I have always been an apple customer with one of the main reasons being the customer serivce prior to this experience. So that will be me leaving apple then.

Review Title25 years

Review Title: 25 Years of Loyalty Broken by a Useless, Expensive BrickRating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 out of 5 stars)The Product (iMac Desktop):Mac desktops are pricey, but once upon a time, that was money well spent. Now, the new iMac gets a definitive one-star rating for its appearance and quality. Right now, this expensive machine does absolutely nothing but sit on my desk and stare back at me with a black, blank screen. It is completely useless. The Experience & Customer Care:The way Apple treats its customers today is shocking, earning two thumbs down. After almost 25 years of brand loyalty, the lack of support and utter disregard for Mac owners is a massive slap in the face. Apple has completely hit the skids, trading their once-legendary customer care for rigid indifference.Bottom Line:If you are interested in purchasing a new computer, look elsewhere. Do not waste your hard-earned money on a company that abandons its most loyal customers the second a premium machine fails.

Disappointed still refuses to innovate with a foldable phone

Disappointed that Apple still refuses to innovate with a foldable phone I have been an Apple customer and currently use an iPhone Pro Max, but I have reached the point where I feel frustrated with the lack of real choice and innovation in the iPhone range. Apple is one of the most valuable technology companies in the world, with billions of dollars in resources, some of the best engineers, and a loyal customer base. Yet after all these years we are still looking at the same basic slab-style phone design. Other manufacturers such as Samsung and Motorola have shown that foldable phones are possible. They have taken risks, developed new designs, and given customers alternatives. Meanwhile Apple customers who want a smaller pocket-friendly device with modern technology have no option. Not everyone wants a huge phone in their pocket. Not everyone cares about having the next slightly improved camera or a faster chip. Some of us simply want a premium Apple device that folds, is practical, and fits our lifestyle. It feels disappointing that a company that built its reputation on changing the smartphone industry now appears to be watching others lead in this area. Apple has the money, talent, and technology to create an excellent foldable iPhone. The question many customers are asking is: why are we still waiting? Until Apple provides more choice, I am seriously considering moving away from the iPhone ecosystem.

Apple care : awfull customer service

I’ve had an AppleCare subscription for three years. Everything went perfectly for the first two years. But for the past year, it’s been a total nightmare. It’s impossible to contact them because their phone number—which used to be readily available—is now hidden. Two years ago, AppleCare agents would do their best to help you, even using screen sharing. Now, they make no effort at all, never use screen sharing, and have become very unpleasant. Finally, it must be said that Apple no longer works properly with most common applications : Word, PowerPoint, Onedrive, Excel, Outlook... It is also absolutely impossible to transfer files from an Android smartphone to a MacBook Air. And if you run into problems with these applications, they make no effort to help you (unlike in the past). They simply suggest you contact Microsoft and hang up on you. So, boycott Apple and buy a good Windows computer.

Wth happened to Apple

Wth happened to Apple, aka Crapple? 26 yr veteran (survivor) here. This companies s/ware is absolutely HIDEOUS now. Buggy. Bloated. Unintuitive. Unreliable. Inconsistent. Just utter garbage. Up until about 5 yrs ago this used to be a brilliant, helpful company with excellent products. They have become WIndows... Been buying their Laptop since 2006. Nowadays they are so unreliable after many repairs, they just literally gave up on repairing my Macbook Amateur and swapped it for new model but would not let me have the light silver version that I have had since my 2006 Powerbook. Now i have a corporate grey model and the nightmare of getting the OS to be stable resulted in 5 or 6 set up attempts which eventually resulted in having to drag and drop everything from the backup just to get it to be stable. Steve Jobs would be turning in his grave. #Crapple

Zero stars

Zero stars. Apple used a so-called “free trial” flow that immediately charged my card, then support acted like I was supposed to calmly wait while they held my money. That unauthorized charge left me stranded with my children, and Apple’s response was delays, scripts, and no urgent help. Completely unacceptable billing practices and awful customer support.

Apple takes advantage of over payments by customers by referring to fine print in agreement

My wife and I bought thought Apple TV was a good choice to add to our streaming devices on ourTV So we decided to move forward and obtain Apple TV. The problem arose when we reviewed all our expenses for 2025 in preparing our income tax return . We are both in our late 70’s and have limited income to live on . We noticed when we made the decision to obtain Apple TV both my wife and I obtained it. So when we discovered that Apple TV was obtaining double payments for the last 16 months we contacted them. They acknowledged that we had been remitting double payments to them for the past 16 months a refunded 4 months to us . They said “ we don’t go back more than 4 months for adjustments . Here is my issue, Apple is a multi TRILLON dollar company and they have the technology to determine when customers are not paying them. But they also have the technology to determine when errors are being made and a customer is paying double payments for the same service . They refused to refund us the charges that were overpaid to them for the year They referred to the fine print in the Apple TV uses that I am sure no one read that refers to their limit of reimbursement for over payments . We are just one couple nearing 80 living in a fixed income so all we can do is cancel Apple TV which we did and sadly absorb our losses from a TRILLION dollar company that through the fine print takes advantage of good customers that made double payments on the same account . Perhaps others might join in in cancelling their Apple contracts and agreements

Disgusted potential Apple buyer

Be very aware when purchasing Apple products if you get to the “confirm payment” page but it won’t send you on to it. This happened to me today when purchasing an iPad. I went to live chat and was told to try again in an hour. I left it 30 minutes and when I tried to complete the purchase I found the product had increased by £150. They had obviously stopped my purchase so the prices could be increased. They should have honoured my purchase at the old price as my product was already made and components bought at old price. If I’d been in a store midway through a purchase I’m sure their price would have stayed the same. I’m really surprised disappointed and disgusted that a company like Apple can treat their customers this way. Not a good advert.

Apple devices (including Wireless Noise Cancelling Earbuds)

I have bought Apple devices since my first iPad and my first iPhone and my first Apple TV and my first Mac Mini and all were overpriced and a disappointment. In particular, the wired earbuds supplied with my first iPhone were laughably useless. Now in 2026, locked in the Apple Ecosystem for decades, but avoiding the comically overpriced and legendarily rubbish earbuds (now sold separately of course), I used JLab noise cancelling earphones for years and years. The JLab was quite bulky and over time did now sit securely so I made the choice to Go Apple and try their top of the range Noise Cancelling earbuds. Biggest mistake yet. Do not under any circumstances buy these. They are wildly expensive and as useful as a chocolate teapot. Apple truly couldn’t care less about their customers since this is just junk. AVOID

You are about to witness a campaign by…

You are about to witness a campaign by a miracle that will blow your mind..! People need to elect on self resistance and give it a go. He that said Apple is mine is a fool and all those mothers crying to see Germany like once predicted are going to suffer to the point of no more Apple at all and I don’t see the point. All those battered men trying to steal our dignity away can also be regarded as criminals and simple live them alone. Whereas he who gave his life away for a better Sony will be paying his whole life just to see himself in a stupid phone that does not do not even a shopping cart at all. I am said to say it but this is what Apple is.

Title: Update: 22 Days Later—Still Stranded, Zero Accountability, Told to Just "Keep Waiting"

I am updating my previous review because the situation has gone from unacceptable to outright ridiculous. Today is June 24th. It has now been 22 days—more than three full weeks—since Apple officially emailed me on June 2nd promising that my replacement phone (Case ID 102904850930) would ship with tracking in "1–2 business days." It is June 24th, and I just hung up the phone with Apple Support again, hoping for a real update or an escalation. Instead, I was brushed off yet again and told that I just need to "keep waiting." No timeline, no explanation, no accountability. This is an emergency insurance claim. I pay for this service specifically so I won't be left stranded without a phone, yet Apple has completely abandoned their explicit service promise. Being told to "just wait" after nearly a month of silence is insulting. If you expect this company to honor their timelines or care about their customers when a device is lost, look elsewhere. Absolute failure of customer service.

After all the hype, anothr APPLE SCAM.

After all the hype, Purchased iPod 3 Pro to help with my mild hearing lose. What a con - I am sure they are fine and the software works - what Apple don't say is you need an Apple device to use the essential part, hearing aid software, in them. They don't tell you that it has to run iOS 26, not 18, another piece of false information.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered an iPhone on Friday. that they said would be delivered on Monday. They sent a tracking number that was invalid. I called them and they couldn’t verify if it was shipped or not. So I just have to hope it shows up. Terrible customer service. I will never buy from Apple again. Best to buy from phone carrier
