AI generated
Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about poor customer support, mentioning unhelpful representatives, extremely long waiting times, and constant difficulties resolving various technical issues. People also expressed deep frustration with hardware quality issues, unexpected device malfunctions, and restrictive software limitations that eventually rendered their items completely useless.
Though some customers faced significant challenges, a small group of reviewers were genuinely happy with the helpful store staff and smooth hardware performance. These consumers deeply appreciated the friendly assistance received during direct store visits and praised the impressive overall quality of the product design.

My watch band broke. Normal use-just took it off and it snapped. I’ve been trying for 5 days to buy a replacement using my Apple account. I get errors. I’ve spent over 4 hours with at least 8 “assistants” (after all the AI crap). It’s been escalated 4 times. Finally, someone told me it should be under warranty at less than 6mths old. They transferred me to support. I told her it broke. She continued to take 15 minutes looking for the replacement, only to tell me it would cost MORE than the original band that was online that I couldn’t buy with my account anyway do to a KNOWN system problem. Why didn’t she tell me it wasn’t under warranty? The purchase still didn’t work. This is literally a company that makes money by SELLING things, and yet I can’t even buy a watch band? I hate this company. My old pixel phone is better anyway, so looks like I’ll find another watch brand if Apple doesn’t want my business.
The iMac I received from Apple arrived with a manufacturing defect. I haven't been able to use the device As a software developer, just imagine being unable to use a computer costing over $6,000 for a whole year!!
Yes, we ended up in court. But I don't know when it will be resolved.
Do not use apple business. They themselves do not now how it works. They walk you through moving everything over to them then ask you to get an email to verify your email that is unavailable because they have moved your email over to their server and then tell you that they have no way to access it.
It has been 18 days and they still have no answer as to how to access my email . Everyday, well we will have to start recovery and then the recovery wants to contact you through an email that you cannot get to because you need the passcode in the email to get to the amail to check it.
Apple Business was released too soon.
They argued with me about even having cloud email, told me it was impossible, then an hour later figured out that they were offering cloud email. Literally had to show senior advisor how to access it to prove to him it existed.
Google is much better for business management.
I hate dealing with Apple, they allow poor content in their app store and deny refund requests.
Constant issues with harware and software, none of the support staff can speak English so it's seriously hard to understand anything they are saying.
Over expensive items that just aren't worth your hard earned cash. Failed me totally.
Apple disabled iMessage and FaceTime on my number claiming spam. I am not a spammer. I've had this number over 20 years. It's tied to my work, my family, and my life.
My kids can't respond to my messages or FaceTime me. That is a safety issue. My father is in a nursing home and I can't FaceTime him either. I lost client business because iMessage stops working with zero warning and zero explanation.
I've spent over $50,000 on Apple products over 19 years. iPhones, iPads, Macs, MacBooks, Mac Minis, Apple Watches. I bought into this ecosystem because everything is supposed to work together. Apple ripped out two of the most critical features with no warning, no explanation, and no real path to fix it.
I have spoken with 7 Apple advisors. I have submitted the dispute form 4 times. Every single time I am told there is nothing they can do. That is unacceptable.
This is not a glitch. This is not an inconvenience. Apple is taking back features that customers already paid for and leaving them with no recourse. That is theft.
I am not alone. This has happened to countless other customers. Apple's automated system is punishing real people with no accountability and no fair appeal process.
BBB complaint filed. FTC complaint filed. Illinois Attorney General complaint filed. I will keep posting on every site I can find until Apple makes this right.

I am extremely disappointed that Apple chooses to use DHL as a delivery partner for such high-value purchases. While the product itself is excellent, the delivery experience fell far below the standard I expect from Apple.
The delivery process was poorly managed, communication was inadequate, and when issues arose it was almost impossible to obtain meaningful support. Attempts to contact DHL through their online channels, telephone system, and chat service were frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful, leaving me feeling ignored and unsupported.
Apple has built its reputation on providing a premium customer experience from purchase through to delivery, but partnering with a courier that offers such poor service undermines that reputation. Customers spending significant amounts on new devices should have confidence that their orders will be handled professionally and that any problems can be resolved quickly and effectively.
I would strongly encourage Apple to reconsider its relationship with DHL or provide alternative delivery options. The courier experience reflects on the Apple brand, and in this case it significantly detracted from what should have been an exciting purchase experience.
I’ve been an Apple user for more than a decade, and unfortunately I trusted AppleCare enough to buy it for all of my devices. My experience has been deeply disappointing.
A few months ago, my Apple Watch Series 7 was replaced through Apple’s Express Replacement service. The replacement arrived (November 2025) with a faulty Digital Crown, and over the following months it became increasingly unresponsive. Because I rely on the watch every day for notifications and other functions, I had no choice but to request another replacement in June 2026.
The second replacement, another Series 7, appears to be refurbished and has a faulty Digital Crown as well. It rotates but barely scrolls, and it feels unusually stiff.
After paying for AppleCare for years, I expected reliable replacement devices. Instead, my experience has been one defective replacement after another. Paying for extended coverage has left me with frustration rather than peace of mind.
My verdict, based on my experience: don’t assume AppleCare is worth the money. When I finally needed it, it failed to deliver.
Purchased an new Ipad Air (M2 chip) for $700 in February 2025 and after a recent update it would'nt restart. Three attempts to restore it by techician at Apple store today failed and I was told that it was now useless. Very disappointed!!!!!!
Absolute rubbish! Apple locks my account daily and I have to unlock it daily. It's turned into a nightmare. Customer service - nil. It's time to abandon this abominable company.
You should be ashamed of yourselves. Charging me a yearly subscription for Duolingo. On my Duolingo page after clicking on the 7 day free trial I was asked do you want us to remind you 2 days before it ends or three. I clicked on three days. Because apple cut in Duolingo did not send the message they should have. It is disgusting what you have done trying to deceive people. We are contacting our bank about this. You have caused a financial family upset thanks for being so selfish. I have many friends and will let them know about you and the underhand way you work
I have cancer had an appointment and still waited more than an hour this is really unacceptable Apple is free. The car isn’t free so the wait time should be shorter for people paying so much money especially people disabilities. Just just like you to be here.
I made an appointment at the Willow Grove , PA apple store for an iphone 11 battery replacement @ 4:30. I drove 45 min to get there & be told that they coudn't do it that day. I could come back next week & wait 2 hours for it to be replaced. !!!!!!!! I learned my lesson. I'll go to a local tech guy 15 min away.
I went into the Robina store intending to buy an Apple Watch Series 11 (46mm Natural Titanium). I had previously spoken with Apple Online support about a price match, as JB hifi had it $1159 and was told they can match to $1206. They ask if I wanted to order, I asked if how long and they said it will be 1-2 days, then I asked if the watch is stoked in apple stores to which they replied all stores have apple stock, so off I went to the closet one, Robina. Only to then find out they can’t price match to the quoted online store value, though there may have been a misunderstanding on the phone about whether the physical store could honor the online quote, the in-store handling was very frustrating. The store manager explained that because the competitor's deal was "online-only," their computer system strictly blocked them from matching it to the online price, He told me it would be better to just buy it from the competitor instead. He even pointed out that they had the watch in stock right then, and that I could buy it at full retail price if I didn't want to wait for shipping. It felt incredibly greedy and indifferent to tell (me) a customer to either pay full retail price or leave empty-handed.Their absolute lack of flexibility ultimately forced me to leave and order online. So they lost a sale. I ended up purchasing the exact premium 46mm Natural Titanium watch online through Woolworths instead for just $994.75. Even though I had to wait a few days to get the product delivered, it was completely worth it to save $344.25 compared to Apple's in-store price. Or the online quote, If Apple’s own stores Managers are going to actively advise (me) a customer ready to buy, to buy elsewhere rather than solve a customer service issue, it really does make more sense for one to give your business to other retailers that sale the same product (as you get same warranty). Apple your sales logic makes no sense other than exploiting a customer an being greedy as this premium product from any other supplier is online order only (not stocked) but they can order and sell cheaper then the actual store.

I have been an Apple customer for many years and have invested thousands of dollars in the Apple ecosystem, including an iPhone 16 Pro, MacBook Air, iPad Air, AirPods, and AirTags. This experience has completely changed my perception of Apple’s customer service.
My iPhone 16 Pro developed a USB-C charging issue while it was still under warranty. Apple replaced the logic board under warranty in March 2026. Unfortunately, the exact same charging issue returned only a few weeks later.
When I returned to the Santa Monica Apple Store, I expected my phone to be diagnosed and my repair history to be reviewed. Instead, I was immediately told that I would have to pay approximately $499 for another repair because the previous repair was more than three months old. The conversation quickly shifted to paying for another repair or trading in my phone.
What disappointed me the most was that no meaningful effort was made to determine whether this was the same underlying issue or whether the previous warranty repair had failed. After contacting Apple Support and escalating my case, Apple ultimately declined to help.
This experience has left me with no confidence in Apple’s customer service. I won’t replace my current Apple devices immediately, but when it’s time to renew them, I will no longer be purchasing Apple products. It’s unfortunate that this is how a loyal customer is treated after investing so heavily in the Apple ecosystem.
