What reviewers say

AI generated

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many consumers express strong dissatisfaction regarding the quality of the equipment, noting that certain products cease functioning prematurely or develop issues like poor battery life on phones. Furthermore, a considerable number of people report major issues with the service and pricing structure associated with repairs, including being quoted high costs for parts and labor. However, some customers also noted that certain flagship phones offer excellent camera quality, while a few praised specific models for good performance. A few other people mentioned positive experiences, stating that some items performed reliably or that they enjoyed the use of certain devices, like a specific tablet model. While overall service is often criticized for being slow or unhelpful, some reviewers experienced successful fixes from external, recommended services.

Extremely disappointed with Samsung's…

Extremely disappointed with Samsung's warranty department. My phone is less than 50 days old and the screen has been flickering with a visible line defect since the very first day I owned it — clearly a manufacturing defect, not something I caused. A Samsung retail store employee physically inspected the phone before I sent it in and confirmed there was no drop damage. The store even told me this specific screen issue is a known, recurring problem with this model. Despite that, Samsung's repair center denied my warranty claim and is now trying to charge me $650, claiming a minor scratch counts as "damage" and shifting blame to "user error." This does not match the actual issue — a defective screen — and feels like a way to avoid honoring a valid warranty claim on a brand new device. I've owned Samsung products for years, but this experience with their warranty/repair process has been dismissive and, frankly, feels like a bad-faith denial. I would caution anyone relying on Samsung's warranty coverage to document everything before sending a device in, because they will look for any excuse — including a cosmetic scratch — to deny a legitimate defect claim. Still hoping this gets resolved, but as of now I cannot recommend trusting Samsung's warranty support.

I ordered both the Galaxy Z Fold 8 in Lavender and the Fold 8 Ultra in Shadow Green on launch day. My Fold 8 arrived with no issues, but I’m still waiting on the Fold 8 Ultra. Experienced multiple delays with order. At this point, I’m seriously considering canceling it and picking up the Motorola Razr Fold instead

Urgent Escalation

Subject: Urgent Escalation: Unresolved Soundbar (Over 30 Days Pending) & Missing Philips Hue TV Promotion Dear Samsung Executive Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally escalate a highly frustrating and completely unresolved experience with Samsung’s order fulfillment and customer service teams. Over 30 days ago, I placed an order for a Samsung soundbar under order number To date, the order has not shipped, I have not been charged, and the transaction remains entirely stuck as "pending." I have called your customer service department six separate times to resolve this. Each time, I am met with a complete lack of clarity and no actionable resolution. It is entirely unacceptable to leave a customer's order in limbo for over a month without an update or solution. Furthermore, I recently purchased a Samsung TV that featured a promotional offer for a free Philips Hue lighting bundle. According to Samsung's terms, the promotional redemption email should have arrived within three days of purchase. I have checked all folders (including spam and promotions), verified my checkout email layout, and have yet to receive this code. As a loyal customer who uses the Samsung ecosystem, I expect a much higher standard of service. I request that a manager immediately look into my account to accomplish the following: 1. Provide a definitive status or fulfillment date for the pending soundbar order 2. Manually generate and issue the missing Philips Hue promotional code to my updated email address. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to cancel the pending order, file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and share my experience publicly on consumer review platforms. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, LB

Samsung Smarthub flex zone fridge

Samsung Smarthub flex zone fridge. Been problematic since purchased. Good thing I had the 5 year support package. Ice maker kept freezing over. After 2x coming out to change it they finally sent a samsung tech and changed the mother board. It worked for a while but then the ice maker flat out died. I bought and replaced myself because it was now off warranty. Worked for maybe 4-5 months then died again. A few months later (now) I was up around 330 AM and found the whole fridge wasn't cooling. Fridge manager said the fridge was at 64 and the freezer 48. I quickly moved as much as i could cram into the garage fridge and hard reset it. after coming back up fridge manager says the internal temp in fridge is now 37 and freezer -8 after i bumped it down from -5. It can say what it wants there is no cooling . Talked to online tech. after a bunch of crap they said they will open a ticket and support will contact with an estimate since they could remote connect and get diagnostics. Instead they texted they wanted $120 just to show up and zero estimates. LIke I'm going to fork out $120 and have an open door policy for them to charge whatever to fix the fridge. Eff that. I was also transferred to online assist to shop for a new fridge. after initial Hi I'm..... they ghosted me. I was trying to spend more money and they left me hanging . LG was far better but the closest delivery they could give me was 12 days out. Um 12 days trying to manage a garage fridge cram packed was unacceptable. Lowes had nothing that would look decent with the rest of the black stainless steel for at least 2 weeks. Finally found home depot had options available in a few days. for Vets, register with shoppers exchange and link home depot account. you are guarenteed zero delivery and no tax.

Very Disappointed With Samsung Customer…

Very Disappointed With Samsung Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with Samsung and the way they handled my refrigerator repair. My warranty expired just a few days ago, and Samsung was unwilling to provide any help or consideration with the labor cost. The compressor itself is still covered under warranty, but I was quoted approximately $1,300 just for labor to install it. I find that price extremely unreasonable, especially considering that the main part that failed is still covered by Samsung. I contacted Samsung hoping they would work with me because the warranty had only recently expired, but I received no meaningful assistance or goodwill adjustment. A refrigerator is a major purchase, and I expected much better support from a company like Samsung. After this experience, I would seriously think twice before purchasing another Samsung appliance. A warranty doesn’t mean much when a covered major component fails and you’re still expected to pay $1,300 just to have it installed.

I have had 2 Samsung tv’s

I have had 2 Samsung tv’s. The first one broke after 2 years and 2 months just out of the 2 year warranty. I foolishly bought another one,the Samsung UE55AU7100 55inch tv. Which lasted 3 years 6 months. I think it’s fair to say I will never be purchasing another Samsung tv ever again or anything Samsung for that matter… let’s be honest, why would i?

Samsung Shame

I noticed a promotional campaign on Samsung’s official website for the S26 Ultra model. However, upon entering the campaign page and adding the product to my cart, I realized that the system suddenly added an unexpected difference of 10,000 TRY to the total price. When I called customer service, I was informed that this was a technical system glitch, that it would be rectified, and that I would be able to purchase the item shortly thereafter. Although they later called me to claim that the issue had been resolved, the system continued to add the exact same 10,000 TRY discrepancy whenever I accessed the campaign page. Throughout this process, I was called repeatedly and kept waiting for extended periods, yet they were technically unable to resolve the error. Subsequently, under the guise of customer satisfaction, they offered me a gift voucher of 5,000 TRY first, and then 10,000 TRY. However, since an extra 10,000 TRY had already been added to the system price in the first place, I pointed out that this was not a genuine solution and that customers are effectively overpaying while believing they are buying at a discount. They simply brushed my concerns aside. I clearly felt that the situation was being approached with a mindset of "as long as the customer doesn't complain, it's not a loss for us." I repeatedly requested to speak with a senior manager. Eventually, I was told that someone would call me back; however, nearly two months have passed, and no one has reached out or offered any form of resolution. This situation has resulted in both a major waste of time and a severe breach of trust, while a systemic error that misleads customers under the name of a campaign continues to persist. My demand from Samsung is, first and foremost, that this system error be fundamentally resolved, and that the necessary arrangements be made so that I can purchase the S26 Ultra at the genuine terms and price advertised—which I have been stalled from acquiring for two months. Furthermore, regarding this entire process, I request to be contacted directly by a responsible senior manager in Turkey to be fully informed and to see that the grievance I have suffered is being taken seriously. My contact phone number is +90 539 936 59 88.

Samsung Fails to Honor Warranty Since June Due to Broken Logistics Network

I am writing this to warn consumers about Samsung's complete failure to support their premium products. I purchased a high-end Samsung TV, model QN77S95FDFXZA. The television stopped working in June, well within the manufacturer's warranty window. Because Samsung lacks local authorized repair technicians in my geographic area, they opted to arrange a freight pickup to bring the unit in for a replacement. Since June, their contracted third-party logistics company has scheduled and subsequently canceled the pickup twice, both times giving me less than 24 hours' notice. I have spent hours dealing with standard support lines, which result in a loop of endless transfers and script-reading. An escalation through Samsung's online "Email the CEO" portal went completely ignored. Samsung is currently holding my warranty claim hostage because of their own broken logistics framework.

Do not Order Directly From Samsung - They are Inept

I ordered a Samsung s26 ultra and did not receive it by the date the told me I would get it. I tried to contact them and was sent into a non-responsive AI chat process that is apparently designed around customer frustration and lack of ability to engage with the company. The lack of ability for a customer service representative to handle any issue (once you were able to finally reach them) is breathtaking. I have a trade in and Samsung's mindless ordering system gave me two weeks to return my trade despite the fact that they had not sent me the phone I ordered to replace it. Absolutely surreal customer experience.

Ordered a TV on July 20th and final got it 2 weeks later and now have been trying to return it and get my money back but they will not credit me back or come pick it up!!! Please don’t ever buy from Samsung !! Total waste of my time and can’t never reach anyone ! I would rate them 0 if I could ! Terrible experience with Samsung and still cannot get money back!!! Samsung you have to do better!!!

Samsung washer/dryer deficient and flawed

I called Samsung customer service last week regarding my Samsung washer and dryer purchased at Tanguay in Gatineau, Quebec. Re. Washer SAMS2 WF53BB8700ATUS and dryer SAMS2 DVE53BB8700TAC . Both were purchased on March 12, 2024. The washer broke down within the first year within the warranty period. After the repair, the washer has never worked well. The dryer broke down in May 2026 within the extended insurance protection plan that we purchased at Tanguay for 4 years. The repair company could not fix the dryer and offered us a credit for the dryer at Tanguay. The problem is that both machines have been discontinued and even the credit at Tanguay is useless because we can’t match a new dryer to the existing washer. We are really stuck with no dryer and a washer that is very loud and inefficient. I asked Samsung customer service whether they can take back the washer and provide us with a credit at the same Tanguay store so that we can purchase a matching set of new Samsung washer and dryer or, take back their machine and give us a credit. The agent laughed at me and when I asked to escalate the issue, he told me to contact the Samsung CEO. That seemed like a unrealistic solution. So now, we don’t have a solution and are stuck dealing with a company that doesn’t care about helping their customer to find a positive solution. Both these products just gave us big problems since we purchased them. I am so disappointed in our very negative experience with both Samsung customer service and their machines. The company wrote back saying they can’t help us! Too bad, so sad for us!!!!

A text book case of how not to treat a customer

I purchased a Samsung TV in November last year. From very early on it was showing intermittent vertical lines across the screen. Samsung initially claimed they could not replicate the fault, despite me providing video footage of it happening, every single time, on request. That led to four separate technician visits. Each time I supplied the same detailed evidence. During these visits, they replaced the motherboard, then the screen, before ever considering that the TV itself was simply faulty. They also proceeded to tell me that given they have changed the parts that the TV was no longer classed as 'faulty' (Gaslighting customers at it's finest). Only after the fourth visit did they finally acknowledge the unit was faulty. At that point I expected a straightforward exchange. Instead, I was told there was no stock in New South Wales, other states had stock but it "could not be obtained," and they would not even discuss an exchange for a different model, despite me offering to pay extra for an upgrade. Their only offer was a refund, but with conditions: the TV had to be collected first, leaving me without a product, and the refund itself would take up to 30 business days to process. So for over a month, I was left with no TV and no money. The experience since has been just as poor. Their Voice of Customer line does not answer calls. There are no proactive status updates on refunds. Three weeks after my TV had already been collected, a representative asked me whether it had been picked up yet, showing a complete lack of internal communication or record keeping or simply ignorance. One representative hung up on me after stating nothing could be done. Multiple staff read from scripts, offered no empathy, and repeated "we can't do this" without any attempt to problem solve or escalate. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution against purchasing from Samsung. If something goes wrong, you risk being left without your product and without your money for weeks, with a support process that seems designed to wear customers down rather than resolve issues.

Criminals

Same experience as everyone else. Samsung takes your device, provides a quote, gets the device, takes a meaningless photo, tells you the warranty isnt valid, increases the quote and tries to charge you 13% of the service fee to reject the repair at a price that's more than the device is worth.

Still billing after cancellation

I cancelled a Samsung Care+ but they continue to bill me. When I call in, they blame some migration and then submit tickets internally that go nowhere. The issue is never handled. Samsung customer care (as well as Servify) are a mess. I will stay far away from their products in the future.

Never buy a refrigerator from Samsung

Never buy a refrigerator from Samsung. Mine has a panel that flashes codes when an electrical outage occurs. There is buttons to push to reset it. I called on 8/9/26 for what buttons to push. The employee does not want to tell me . Wanted to send a tech out on my expense. Tells me to disconnect fridge wait 5 min connect again and that made fridge side stop working and made food go bad that I bought that morning. I found out what buttons to push and did it myself. Fridge worked and called on 8/10/26 for a food compensation and they wanted to send tech again. Would not transfer me to a manager. I asked for employee name and corporate number and did not know the number said huh and when I asked for his name hesistated then said Jack Frank. Could be false name. If I could give negative stars I would. The worst customer service

Samsung Trade-In Program Uses Fraudulent, Shifting Claims to Steal Your Money

Avoid the Samsung trade-in program at all costs. I sent in a flawless Galaxy S20 FE 5G (Model: SM-G781UZBAATT, IMEI: 358122561057373) for Order #US260613-47832200. First, their warehouse falsely claimed I sent the wrong model. When I provided undeniable proof from my official Samsung account registration that the model and IMEI matched perfectly, they immediately shifted their story and claimed the screen was suddenly "cracked and damaged." This is blatant fabrication. It is not even about the money anymore—it is about a complete lack of integrity. They have lost a customer for life, and I will never buy another Samsung product. I am forcing a chargeback through my bank. Buyer beware.
