Samsung stole my phone. They were supposed to give me a 500.00 trade in credit and the did not, then they refused to send me my phone back. All I want is my phone back. I will never order from Samsung again.

Furthermore, a considerable number of people report major issues with the service and pricing structure associated with repairs, including being quoted high costs for parts and labor. However, some customers also noted that certain flagship phones offer excellent camera quality, while a few praised specific models for good performance. A few other people mentioned positive experiences, stating that some items performed reliably or that they enjoyed the use of certain devices, like a specific tablet model. While overall service is often criticized for being slow or unhelpful, some reviewers experienced successful fixes from external, recommended services.

⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Disgraceful Customer Service Really, Samsung? After more than a month of this ridiculous ordeal over a defective S-Pen, I received an notice in my Samsung account to call them again for provide the ticket number today, hoping someone would actually resolve the issue. Instead, the representative who spoke with me—despite already having all of my information and the entire history of the case—kept asking me the same questions over and over and treating the conversation as if I were being interrogated for a crime. All of this over a worthless defective s-pen that should have been replaced weeks ago. After wasting more than a month of my time and patience, I finally canceled the order and bought the pen from Amazon. It was that simple. I have been a Samsung customer for 20 years, but this experience has seriously changed my opinion of the company. At this point, I am seriously considering switching to Google Pixel or iPhone when I replace my phone. Samsung advertises a one-year warranty, but based on this experience, the warranty feels like nothing more than a promise designed to discourage customers until they simply give up. What should have been a simple warranty replacement turned into an exhausting and ridiculous battle. Samsung, you have lost a 20-year customer over something that should have been incredibly easy to fix. Shameful customer service.
Sent my old Samsung S7+ tablet in for repair after 5yrs of great service it gave up. Repair depot advised - unrepairable. Samsung went way more than the extra mile. I was so pleasantly surprised with Samsung Customer Service propsed resolution. I almost could not believe it, VERY VERY good solution. (Details not revealed) I accepted and am still an EXTREMELY HAPPY and continually loyal Samsung supporter
It does not even deserve one star galaxy a16
I'll start by saying that one star is far too generous a rating for this self serving, cheap product company. My latest, and last, appliance purchase from Samsung was a fridge that died 11 months after purchase. The tech had to redo lines, replace a leaking component and recharge the system. I was one week from picking up the tab on this expensive repair. Understandably, I contacted Samsung and asked that, because their product had died and because the tech had to do major work to repair it, that they extend the warranty another year. They almost laughed and offered to sell me an extended plan at full price. I then asked how long the contract service company would back their repair and was notified that they wouldn't, at all. The warranty work on my appliance is Samsung's and would expire with the warranty even though the repair took place only two days ago. All this on a unit I bought directly from Samsung. So, in the future, there is no way I'll ever send a cent to this company and I hope you can see why. I think Samsung might translate to, "Sucks to be you!".
I'll never use samsung again. And I've got washing machine. Phone, laptop . Etc. Was messed about for over a month trying to get new charging port fixed . Only for samsungs third party repairers to refuse to fix as they said phone had marks on the screen. Can't see why samsung pay these third party people only for them to refuse the repair. Especially after all the hassle getting the phone to them. Surely this is lousy customer service. And as stated I wont use samsung again. I've already changed my phone to another company and will do the same when I require to replace my samsung items.the sooner the better. Very disappointed.
Fit 3 when I start running from my galaxy just shows my heart rate instead of the distance
Where are my earbuds? Ordered 26th July, 2026 for delivery 27th July. Five phonecalls and seven days later I still do not have the product. Attentive and polite customer service, but despite reassurances, nothing happens. A week later and more than £200 lighter! I give up!!!! Order number UK260726-55890698
⭐⭐☆☆☆ (1/5) I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years, but my experience with my Samsung S22 Ultra has completely destroyed my trust in the brand. A green line suddenly appeared on the display even though the phone has never been dropped, has no physical damage, no water exposure, and has always been used with extreme care. Even the Samsung Authorized Service Center confirmed that the device was well maintained and showed no signs of misuse or liquid damage. Despite this, Samsung refused to take responsibility for what appears to be a manufacturing or hardware-related issue. Instead of supporting a loyal customer who invested a significant amount of money in a premium flagship device, I was left disappointed and frustrated. I spent a premium price expecting premium quality and after-sales support, but what I received was the exact opposite. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and made me lose complete confidence in Samsung. From today onwards, I will never recommend Samsung to my family, friends, or anyone looking to buy a smartphone. There are many brands that value their customers far better than Samsung. Samsung has not only lost me as a customer—it has also lost my trust. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and I genuinely regret choosing Samsung.
Purchased an oven - this broke down within a year, they fixed within 2 weeks - 3 months later oven has broken down again with the same fault (CF-2). Customer service and technical support is very poor - 3 weeks later issue still is not resolved - No manual override, so have been without a working appliance for 3 weeks - despite many attempts to contact they put you in a constant loop of transferring calls to different departments and machines. Deliberate delays and problems in fixing or refunding even though there is still 3 years warranty remaining on the item. Appliances are not fit for purpose!
Very bad experience with Samsung. My refrigerator is not even 1 year old and it already has problems. I have been waiting for service for the last 7 days, but no technician has visited. Worst customer service and after-sales support. I will never buy Samsung appliances again and do not recommend them to anyone.
I purchased a Samsung TV (Model UA60AU8000UXEG), and within less than 4 years, the exact same screen defect (color distortion) has occurred four separate times. The first was under warranty (proving the defect was inherent from day one), then it recurred three more times with escalating repair costs: 2,000 EGP, then 3,000 EGP, and now Samsung is demanding 14,900 EGP for the identical issue — nearly the price of a new TV. Even Samsung's own authorized repair technicians admitted this model has the same recurring defect with other customers, confirming this is a manufacturing issue, not misuse. When I asked for a fair resolution — a free repair with a genuine warranty, or a full replacement — Samsung offered only a 20% discount and refused to provide any warranty on the new repair, effectively admitting they're not confident the issue is truly fixed. Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018, manufacturers remain liable for design/manufacturing defects regardless of warranty expiration. I have filed an official complaint with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency (Case No. W790120), and Samsung's response so far has been repeated stalling rather than accountability. Service Order 4295966386 This is not how a global brand should treat its customers. #SamsungEgypt #ConsumerRights #ManufacturingDefect
Haan, 100% dena chahiye. Ye jo companies ne "environment bachane ke liye" wala drama shuru kiya hai na, Apple ne shuru kiya tha, ab sab follow kar rahe hai - ye mostly paisa bachane ka tarika hai. Meri nazar me 3 reason se charger box me hona hi chahiye: 1. Safety ka issue hai Har mobile ka fast charging alag hota hai - 33W, 68W, 80W, 120W. Tum local ya purana 10W ka charger lagaaoge toh ya to phone slow charge hoga, ya battery garam hogi. Company ka original charger hi sabse safe hota hai. 2. Paisa to tum full le rahe ho Phone ka price kam thodi kiya hai charger hatane ke baad? 20,000 ka phone ab bhi 20,000 ka hai, bas upar se tumhe 1500-2000 ka charger alag se kharidna pad raha hai. Ye direct customer ko lootna hai. 3. India me sabke paas charger nahi hota Bahar desh me bolte hai "sabke ghar me 5 charger pade hai". India me abhi bhi bahut log pehla phone se dusre brand me shift hote hai. Type-C to C cable, Type-A to C ka chakkar, sabke paas compatible charger nahi hota. Companies ka logic kya hai? "E-waste kam hoga" - Lekin tum charger alag box me bechoge, alag delivery hogi, uska alag plastic, to e-waste kaise kam hua? Isiliye Indian Government ne bhi bola hai ki 2026 se common Type-C charger ka rule laayenge, par box se charger hatane ko support nahi kiya. Mere hisab se rule aisa hona chahiye - agar company box me charger nahi de rahi, toh usko option dena chahiye ki customer ko free me chahiye ya nahi, jaise Samsung kuch countries me kar raha hai. Tum kis phone ki baat kar rahe ho? Kisi specific company ne charger nahi diya kya tumhe?
I bought the U8000F, and it arrived with atrocious, unwatchable backlight bleed that ruined dark scenes completely. Thinking it was just a rogue unit, I went through the hassle of getting a replacement—only for the second one to arrive with the exact same terrible flaw. That isn't bad luck; it's a fundamental design flaw and a complete lack of quality control. When you spend your hard-earned money, you expect basic visual standards. Instead, you get sub-par panels and the absolute nightmare that is their customer service. Their support team is a joke. When you try to resolve it, you’re met with hollow apologies, zero accountability, and robotic agents reading from scripts who just talk absolute BS to buy time. They hide behind sluggish return networks, dragging their heels on refunds for their sub-standard products while holding onto your cash. An absolute disgrace of an experience from a global tech giant. Avoid the U8000F and save yourself the headache—Samsung either .com or UK has completely lost my business for good. I hope Samsung crash a burn as they will. I've been loyal for years but bye you are gone 👋
I was charged $24.99 twice for a FOX bundle from Samsung Checkout. I was also charged $19.99 for FOX. However, I did not authorize Samsung to charge me once, let alone twice. (In fact, paying Samsung brought no value to me because I already paid FOX directly to access FOX streaming.) Samsung told me to bring my dispute to FOX. I did, and FOX told me to bring my dispute to Samsung. Samsung is the one that erroneously charged me. Samsung customer service was also entirely helpful in resolving the issue.
We have 3 devices in our house. 1 6 Series 49 TV, Soundbar and a Galaxy S23 Phone. Connection from the soundbar to the tv; It is very tricky to connect them, but after 5 minutes it connects. Connection from my mum's iPhone 13 to the soundbar; It is easy to connect to the soundbar, although the audio was coming through the phone, not the soundbar. We had to turn Bluetooth off then on. That worked. Screen Mirroring the Galaxy S23 to the TV; That is SO easy! Using the smartthings app, I just manually scan for the tv and tap on it and screen mirror to it. I use it to host party's, show photos and presentations, and even more. Connecting the Galaxy S23 to the Soundbar; same thing as connecting the iPhone. I do wish if Samsung could fix my problems. I will use more Samsung products in the future, and i love Samsung way more than Apple.
I spent over 6 hours on the phone to Samsung Support across 14 days trying to fix a handshake deadlock on a premium S95D TV and S60D Soundbar set up. 'Frontline' support then ghosted me, and in the following period 'Presidential Escalations' threatened me with call-out fees to avoid honouring their warranties. After a further 10 days, the uk.president AT samsung.com formally admitted in writing that the soundbar (HW-S60D) has a known manufacturing defect causing eARC/HDMI drop-outs (WITH NO CURRENT FIX), and told me to just use basic Bluetooth! This disables the high-bandwidth audio and Q-Symphony features I paid over £2k for. Avoid Samsung products—POOR QUALITY TECH and COMPLETELY OUTSOURCED, BUREAUCRATIC and CHEAP CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought a Samsung induction stove, after 18 months the main board went and part back ordered with indeterminate delivery date, 3 weeks and still no clue when it will come. Last time I buy anything Samsung.
Horrible company, I will die before I spend another cent with Samsung
