I wasn’t offered cancellation protection. In the email I got after reserving it was I declined it. I didn’t! I asked for cancellation protection and was told there was none. I Was told if I booked it was non refundable and if I didn’t book the rates would go higher. Terrible service.
When I can book on booking.com and cancel 48 hours in advance for full refund. Will never use your service again. Horrible

I was completely mislead. I repeatedly asked for the cancellation policy, and was told that I could cancel, probably for a small penalty. Your agent could not specify the "small" amount. I asked her to have her colleague investigate and advise me. I said I would confirm assuming the token cancellation policy. I then received an email stating there was no cancellation and I had to pay the full price if I cancelled. Totally dishonest

TERRIBLE! I am living in a disaster area NW Indiana. There is no power. This agent booked me and charged me for a hotel with no power. When I arrived to check in, the clerk said no guests, we dont have power and have not had power for 8 days. Then, she charged my credit card! Terrible!
